Abstract
ABSTRACK Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the problems during research related to the limited or lack of apparatus personnel, the level of awareness and participation of the community that is still lacking and the absence of Regional Regulations that regulate specifically, this makes the factors assessed and results in the Effectiveness of the Disaster Resilient Village Program in Improving Community Preparedness in Central Lombok District. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the Effectiveness of the Disaster Resilient Village Program in Improving Community Preparedness in Central Lombok District. Methods: The methods used in this study are descriptive qualitative research methods and inductive approaches. Results: The results show that the effectiveness of the Disaster Resilient Village Program in Improving Community Preparedness in Central Lombok District has not been optimally implemented, this is due to both the agency and the Regional Government that has not focused on the problem of this Disaster Resilient Village Program. Conclusion: The effectiveness of the implementation of the Disaster Resilient Village Program in improving community preparedness in Central Lombok District is said to have not been effective. Because of the 5 proposed by Gibson, st, all and Steers namely Production or Productivity, Quality or Quality, Efficiency, Flexibility does not reach the effective measure. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis berfokus pada yang menjadi permasalahan selama melakukan penelitian terkait adanya keterbatasan atau kurangnya tenaga aparatur, tingkat kesadaran dan pastisipasi masyarakat yang masih kurang dan belum terdapatnya Peraturan Daerah yang mengatur secara khusus, hal demikian menjadikan adanya faktor yang dinilai dan menghasilkan Efektivitas Program Desa Tangguh Bencana dalam Meningkatkan Kesiapsiagaan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran Efektivitas Program Desa Tangguh Bencana dalam Meningkatkan Kesiapsiagaan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan induktif. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas Program Desa Tangguh Bencana dalam Meningkatkan Kesiapsiagaan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah belum optimal dilaksanakan, hal tersebut terjadi disebabkan oleh baik dinas maupun Pemerintah Daerah yang belum fokus pada permasalahan Program Desa Tangguh Bencana ini. Kesimpulan: Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Desa Tangguh Bencana Dalam Meningkatkan Kesiapsiagaan Masyarakat Di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dikatakan belum efektif. Dikarenakan dari 5 dikemukakan oleh Gibson,st,all dan Steers yaitu Produksi atau Produktivitas, Mutu atau Kualitas, Efisiensi, Fleksibilitas tidak mencapai ukuran efektif. Kata Kunci: Bencana alam, Kesiagapan Masyarakat, dan Kabupaten Lombok.
