Abstract

Problem Statement/Background(GAP): The development of information and communication technology is increasingly advanced, many things can be done quickly, easily, and affordably. Innovation and renewal in various fields are also increasingly carried out by adopting external elements or new things that do have the potential to be developed. Tourism is a travel activity that visits an interesting object. Purpose: the purpose of research in writing this thesis is to find out the dissemination efforts of Disparbud in handling information related to tourism through the website in Disparbud Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Method: Qualitative descriptive research method with an inductive approach to be able to obtain data that can show clearly and specifically how the conditions in the place of research with data collection methods are by using interviews, observations and documentation and dissemination of information according to Ordonez and Serrat theory. The steps taken are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The informants in this study amounted to 7 people. Results: From the results of the researcher's analysis, it can be seen that the dissemination of website-based tourism service information at the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Tourism and Culture Office is good, but the services implemented have not been optimal because this website still does not have too much information related to tourism in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency and there is still a lack of public knowledge about the existence of the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Disparbud website. However, there are several factors that hinder the development of services through this website such as lack of budget in website development, so that the website of the tourism and culture office is less developed. Then another factor is the lack of IT experts in developing the website so that it becomes an obstacle in developing the website. The advice from researchers is to carry out socialization and pay attention to technological developments. Conclusion: the dissemination of websitebased tourism service information at the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Tourism and Culture Office is good in accordance with the Ordonez and Serrat dissemination theory, because overall the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Tourism and Culture Office has carried out its duties well, but the services carried out have not been optimal because this website still does not have too much information related to tourism in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency and There is still a lack of public knowledge about the existence of the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Disparbud website. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin maju, banyak hal yang bisa dilakukan secara cepat, mudah, dan terjangkau. Inovasi dan pembaharuan di berbagai bidang juga semakin banyak dilakukan dengan mengadopsi unsur luar atau hal-hal baru yang memang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan. Pariwisata merupakan kegiatan perjalanan yang mengunjungi suatu objek menarik. Tujuan: tujuan penelitian dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya diseminasi Disparbud dalam menangani informasi terkait pariwisata melalui website di Disparbud Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Metode: Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif untuk bisa mendapatkan data yang dapat menunjukkan secara jelas dan spesifik bagaimana kondisi di tempat penelitian dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dan diseminasi informasi menurut teori Ordonez and Serrat. Adapun langkah langkah yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang. Hasil/Temuan: Dari hasil analisis peneliti maka dapat diketahui bahwa diseminasi informasi pelayanan pariwisata berbasis website di Dinas pariwisata dan kebudayaan kabupaten ogan komering ulu sudah baik, tetapi pelayanan yang dilaksanakan belum maksimal karena website ini masih belum terlalu memiliki informasi terkait dengan pariwisata di kabupaten ogan komering ulu serta masih kurangnya pengetahuan masyrakat akan keberadaan website disparbud kabupaten ogan komering ulu. Akan tetapi ada beberapa faktor yang menghambat berkembangan nya pelayanan melalui website ini seperti kekurangan anggaran dalam pengembangan website, sehingga website dinas pariwisata dan kebudayaan kurang berkembang. Kemudian faktor lainnya adalah kurangnya ahli it dalam pengembangan website tersebut sehingga menjadi hambatan dalam mengembangkan website. Adapun saran dari peneliti yaitu melaksanakan sosialisasi serta memperhatikan perkembangan teknologi. Kesimpulan: diseminasi informasi pelayanan pariwisata berbasis website di Dinas pariwisata dan kebudayaan kabupaten ogan komering ulu sudah baik sesuai dengan teori diseminasi ordonez and serrat, karena secara keseluruhannya dinas pariwisata dan kebudayaan kabupaten ogan komering ulu telah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, tetapi pelayanan yang dilaksanakan belum maksimal karena website ini masih belum terlalu memiliki informasi terkait dengan pariwisata di kabupaten ogan komering ulu serta masih kurangnya pengetahuan masyrakat akan keberadaan website disparbud kabupaten ogan komering ulu.
