Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems/background (GAP): Digitization technology is an information technology that prioritizes an activity that is carried out digitally when compared to using human power. Digitalization has also begun to be implemented by the City Government of Gorontalo through digital-based public services. One of them is by launching the Gorontalo Community Integrated Application (GOMT). This application has been implemented in several districts in Gorontalo City, one of which is in Sipatana District. The Purpose: to describe and analyze Village Digitization in the Integrated Gorontalo Community Application (GoMT) in Sipatana District, Gorontalo City, inhibiting and supporting factors, and solutions and government efforts in preventing and dealing with inhibiting factors for Village Digitalization in the Integrated Community Gorontalo Application (GoMT) in Sipatana District Gorontalo City. The Method: used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The theory used is the theory of DeLone and McLean (1992) with six dimensions namely System Quality, Information Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, Individual Impact and Organizational Impact. The collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely Data Reduction, Data Display (Data Presentation) and Coclusion Drawing (Drawing Conclusions). The Results: The findings that the researchers found while carrying out the research were that the digitization of the sub-districts in Sipatana District had been carried out properly by the Gorontalo City government. It can be seen in the dimensions: system quality, information quality, use, user satisfaction, individual impact and organizational impact dimensions, that the GOMT application is an application that has been accepted in society in terms of system quality, information, use, satisfied people, has a positive impact on the community of application users or the government who are greatly assisted by the GOMT Application. Conclusion: that the GOMT Application can be used by the public as an alternative in managing letters and also getting the latest information on the GOMT Application. Suggestions for the GOMT Application should be expanded further by GOMT Application users so that all Gorontalo City people can enjoy it, add interesting features to the Application, and also carry out regular evaluations on the GOMT Application. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar belakang (GAP): Teknologi digitalisasi adalah sebuah teknologi informasi yang lebih mengutamakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan secara digital jika dibandingkan dengan menggunakan tenaga manusia. Digitalisasi juga mulai diterapkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Gorontalo melalui pelayanan publik yang berbasis digital. Salah satunya dengan meluncurkan Aplikasi Gorontalo Masyarakat Terpadu (GOMT). Aplikasi ini sudah diterapkan dibeberapa kecamatan yang ada di Kota Gorontalo, salah satunya di Kecamatan Sipatana. Tujuan: mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Digitalisasi Kelurahan dalam Aplikasi Gorontalo Masyarakat Terpadu (GoMT) di Kecamatan Sipatana Kota Gorontalo, faktor penghambat dan pendukung, dan solusi dan upaya pemerintah dalam mencegah dan menghadapi faktor penghambat Digitalisasi Kelurahan dalam Aplikasi Gorontalo Masyarakat Terpadu (GoMT) di Kecamatan Sipatana Kota Gorontalo. Metode: yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori DeLone dan McLean (1992) dengan enam dimensi yaitu Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Penggunaan, Kepuasan Pemakai, Dampak Individual dan Dampak Organisasi. Teknil pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah teknik Wawancara, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman yaitu Data Reduction (Reduksi Data), Data Display (Penyajian Data) dan Coclusion Drawing (Penarikan Kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian/Temuan: Temuan yang peneliti dapati saat melaksanakan penelitian bahwa digitalisasi kelurahan di Kecamatan Sipatana telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh pemerintah Kota Gorontalo. Dapat dilihat pada Dimensi: Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Penggunaan, kepuasan pemakai, dampak individual dan Dimensi dampak organisasi, bahwa Aplikasi GOMT ini merupakan aplikasi yang sudah diterima di masyarakat dilihat dari kulitas sistem, informasi, penggunaan, masyarakat puas, memiliki dampak positif bagi masyarakat pengguna aplikasi ataupun pemerintah yang sangat terbantu dengan Aplikasi GOMT. Kesimpulan: bahwa Aplikasi GOMT dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai alternatif dalam pengurusan surat dan juga mendapatkan informasi terkini pada Aplikasi GOMT. Saran bagi Aplikasi GOMT harus diperluas lagi pengguna Aplikasi GOMT agar dapat dirasakan oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat Kota Gorontalo, menambahkan fitur-fitur yang menarik pada Aplikasi, dan juga melaksanakan mengevaluasi rutin pada Aplikasi GOMT.
