Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): In this modern era, information technology is developing rapidly. All areas of society, including the general public and intellectuals, are increasingly demanding this need. Website is a Website created by the local government to inform the public and the community about everything related to the place in question. As an information window from the Regional Government, the City of Pagar Alam's Website must be of high quality, easy to use, inclusive, and contain photos of work being carried out by the Provincial, Regency and City Governments. Purpose: This study aims to knowing the level of usability (Usability) and evaluation results of Pagar Alam City Government Website based on the dimensions of learnability, efficiency, memorability, error and satisfaction with the Usability Testing method. Method: This study uses a quantitative data collection method with descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire via the Google Form. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods to determine the usability problems that exist on the Website. Result: The results of the study show that the Website of the Regional Government of Pagar Alam City has several usability problems that affect the quality of the Website . These problems include problems accessing Website s that are constrained by browser warnings due to poorly organized data management. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the Website in order to meet user needs and improve the quality of the Website. Conclusion: The conclusion from this research is the importance of periodic Website evaluation to ensure optimal Website quality. In addition, local government Website s must pay attention to usability aspects in order to meet user needs and facilitate access to public information. This research can be a reference for other local governments in improving the quality of their Websites. Keywords: Participation; Youth Generations; Lorong Literasi Gowa Programs ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Di era modern ini, teknologi informasi berkembang cukup pesat. Semua bidang masyarakat, termasuk masyarakat umum dan intelektual, semakin menuntut kebutuhan ini. Situs web adalah Website yang dibuat oleh pemerintah daerah untuk menginformasikan kepada publik dan komunitas tentang segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan tempat yang dimaksud. Sebagai jendela informasi dari pemerintah daerah, Website Kota Pagar Alam harus 2 berkualitas, mudah digunakan, inklusif, dan memuat foto-foto pekerjaan yang sedang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi, Kabupaten, dan Kota. Tujuan: Mengetahui tingkat kebergunaan (Usability) dan hasil evaluasi Website Pemerintah Kota Pagar Alam berdasarkan dimensi learnability, efficiency, memorability, error dan Satisfaction dengan metode Usability Testing. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner melalui google form. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif untuk menentukan masalah usability yang ada pada Website. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Website Pemerintah Kota Pagar Alam memiliki beberapa masalah usability yang memengaruhi kualitas Website . Masalah tersebut meliputi masalah dalam mengakses Website yang terkendala dengan peringatan browser dikarenakan manajemen data yang kurang terorganisir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan pada Website agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan meningkatkan kualitas Website. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya evaluasi Website secara berkala untuk memastikan kualitas Website yang optimal. Selain itu, Website pemerintah daerah harus memperhatikan aspek usability agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan mempermudah akses informasi publik. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah daerah lain dalam meningkatkan kualitas Website mereka. Kata kunci: Partisipasi; Pemuda; Program Lorong Literasi Gowa
