Abstract

ABSTRACT {in English} Problem Statement/Background (GAP): this study explained that the many problems in Yahukimo Regency precisely in the Dekai city market of Batalaiworu subdistrict where there are many street vendors who carry out activities in the area soas to cause many problems such as cleanliness, order and peace of the community Purposein: the area, so the strategy of the Pamong Praja Police Unit in Yahukimo Regency is needed to carry out the control of street vendors, using research methods:.Descriptive research methods with qualitative approaches, while researchers collect data using interview techniques, observations and documentation.Result::So that the result of the research that has been done by researchers is the lack of public understanding of the applicable regulations so it is not surprising that there are people who fightagainst the Pamong Praja Police Unit so that there is a conflict between the two sides.Conclusion:The Pamong Praja Police Unit from year to year has made progress on the quality of human resources of the pamong praja policeunit so that in implementing this strategy can run well. Researchers expectstreet vendors to be disciplined and not cause any more problems and persuasive actions of pamong police units in order to minimize the numberof people who fight so that they can create a harmonious market environment in Dekai city subdistrict Yahukimo County. Keywords : Strategy, Pamong Praja Police Unit, Street Vendor ABSTRAK{in Bahasa} Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Dalam penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa banyaknya permasalahan di Kabupaten Yahukimo tepatnya di Disrik Dekai Kota dimana banyaknya pedagang kaki lima yang melakukan aktivitas dikawasan tersebut sehingga menimbulkan banyak permasalahan seperti kebersihan, ketertiban dan ketentraman masyarakat dikawasan tersebut, Tujuan:sehingga diperlukannya strategi Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja di Kabupaten Yahukimo untuk melakukan penertiban pedagang kaki lima tersebut, dengan menggunakan Metode: penelitian deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, adapun peneliti mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi Sehingga Hasil dari temuan: yang telah peneliti lakukan adalah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap peraturan yang berlaku sehingga tidak heran jika ada oknum masyarakat yang melakukan perlawanan terhadap Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja sehingga muncul konflik antara kedua belah pihak.Kesimpulan : Pihak Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dari tahun ke tahun sudah melakukan perkembanganterhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia satuan polisi pamong praja agar dalam melaksanakan strategi ini bisa berjalan dengan baik. Peneliti mengharapkan pedagang kaki lima dapat ditertibkan dan tidak menimbulkan masalah lagi dan tindakan persuasif satuan polisi pamong agar dapat meminimalisir oknum yang melakukan perlawanan sehingga dapat terciptakan lingkungan pasar yang harmonis di Distrik Dekai kota Kabupaten Yahukimo.
