Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems/Background (GAP): In the modern digital era, Information Technology has reached almost all sectors, including government. The main purpose of using technology in government is to provide accurate, precise, and fast information with complete data. One example of the application of technology in government is the replacement of the previous manual human resource management system with an online system, as has been done in Wonogiri Regency through the HADIRKU application. Purpose: In order to achieve a common goal, namely enforcing the discipline of Wonogiri Regency ASN, it is hoped that the Wonogiri Regency Government will pay more attention to resources related to technology development in the government sector. This includes improving the quality of experts, allocating adequate costs, and effective communication with related parties, especially administrators and operators of the HADIRKU application. Method : Research conducted on the HADIRKU application uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques in the form of sentences or narratives. Overall, the HADIRKU application that has been running since 2019 and is managed by the Wonogiri Regency Regional Personnel Agency has shown quite high quality results. Results/Findings/ Conclusion: This is evidenced by the results of Mccall Quality Factors software quality testing in the aspects of correctness, reliability, integrity, efficiency, usability which show good results based on observation and interview data. By doing this, it is expected that the HADIRKU application and other information technology can be more optimally used in the Wonogiri Regency government, and provide greater benefits for the community and ASN Wonogiri Regency as a whole. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang saat ini, Teknologi Informasi telah menjangkau hampir semua sektor, termasuk pemerintahan. Tujuan utama penggunaan teknologi dalam pemerintahan adalah untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan cepat dengan data yang lengkap. Salah satu contoh dari penerapan teknologi dalam pemerintahan adalah penggantian sistem pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang sebelumnya manual dengan sistem online, seperti yang telah dilakukan di Kabupaten Wonogiri melalui aplikasi HADIRKU. Tujuan: Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan bersama yaitu penegakan disiplin ASN Kabupaten Wonogiri, diharapkan Pemerintah Kabupaten Wonogiri akan lebih memperhatikan sumber daya terkait pengembangan teknologi di bidang pemerintahan. Hal ini termasuk peningkatan kualitas tenaga ahli, alokasi biaya yang memadai, serta komunikasi yang efektif dengan pihak terkait, terutama administrator dan operator aplikasi HADIRKU. . Metode:Penelitian yang dilakukan pada aplikasi HADIRKU menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kalimat atau narasi. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi HADIRKU yang telah berjalan sejak tahun 2019 dan dikelola oleh Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Wonogiri telah menunjukkan hasil yang cukup berkualitas. Hasil/Temuan/ Kesimpulan: Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian kualitas perangkat lunak Mccall Quality Factors pada aspek correctness, reliability, integrity, efficiency, usability yang menunjukkan hasil yang baik berdasarkan data observasi dan wawancara. Dengan melakukan hal ini, diharapkan bahwa aplikasi HADIRKU dan teknologi informasi lainnya dapat lebih optimal digunakan dalam pemerintahan Kabupaten Wonogiri, serta memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat dan ASN Kabupaten Wonogiri secara keseluruhan..
