Abstract
The research problem in determining the Village Income Revenue Budget (APBDes) in Air Ruai Village, Pemali District, Bangka Regency, there are local political dynamiscs and the interference of political power to determine a budget for the interests an needs of village development. The purpose of this research is to describe and find out the problems of local political dynamics related to the determination of the APBDes which are detrimental to the people of Air Ruai Village. The metod used is descriptive analysis carried out by looking at he characteristics in the form of frequency distributions and phenomena that are measured and described qualitatively. The results of the research obtained from researchers are that there are many incidents of problemns that occur related to the political dynamics of local power in determining the APBDes because there are many interests that occur in it, causing problems regarding the village head of Air Ruai who is too selfish without considering the voice of the community
