Abstract

Pada tahun 2018, bencana tsunami melanda wilayah Selat Sunda salah satu yang menerima dampak terbesar di wilayah Kabupaten Pandeglang. Bencana tersebut kerugian bagi kehidupan masyarakat seperti kerusakan lingkungan, sarana prasarana munculnya korban jiwa, hilangnya harta benda, tidak stabilnya kehidupan sosial masyarakat, serta pengaruh psikologis. Penelitian ini bermaksud ingin mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan layanan psikososial bagi penyintas bencana tsunami selat sunda di Kabupaten Pandeglang Peneliti menggunakan teori Van Meter dan Van Horn untuk melihat implementasi kebijakan. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman sebagai teknik analisis data yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian Implementasi kebijakan layanan psikososial; di Kabupaten Pandeglang masih belum memadai karena belum adanya regulasi berupa Peraturan Daerah yang menjadi pedoman dalam melaksanakan layanan psikososial. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut Peneliti memberikan saran untuk pelaksanaan layanan psikososial harus lebih terarah dan terukur dengan dibuatnya peraturan daerah sebagi pedoman pelaksanaan layanan psikososial secara sistematis, perlu menjadi prioritas utama yang harus dikaji mengingat implementasi kebijakan kondisi wilayah Kabupaten Pandeglang. Dalam implementasi layanan psikososial tersebut masih belum terlaksana dengan baik maka perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas kinerja yang di kaji oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Pandeglang sebagai prioritas utama pemabngunan daerah. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. Researchers use the Miles and Huberman model as a data analysis technique consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Research results Implementation of psychosocial service policies; in Pandeglang Regency is still inadequate because there is no regulation in the form of a Regional Regulation that serves as a guideline for implementing psychosocial services. In overcoming these problems the researcher provides suggestions for the implementation of psychosocial services to be more directed and measurable by making regional regulations as guidelines for the implementation of psychosocial services in a systematic manner, this needs to be a top priority that must be studied considering the implementation of policies on the conditions of the Pandeglang Regency area. In the implementation of psychosocial services that have not been carried out properly, it is necessary to improve the quality of performance which is being studied by the Pandeglang Regency government as a top priority for regional development.
