Then analyze the inhibiting factors and solutions for solving them. Method: This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling. Result: The results of the study show that the effectiveness of the Capture Fisheries Management Program in Supporting the Development of Tante Nela Paris in the Districts of Aimere and Inerie has not fully gone well because there are still obstacles, namely: The Assistance Provided is Not Appropriate and Targeted, There is Political Intervention in the Implementation of the Capture Fisheries Management Program, Authority Limited Service to Manage TPI, Limited Regional Budget, Lack of Utilization of Processing and Preservation Facilities. The suggestions that can be given are that there is a need for better assessment and commitment before providing fishery assistance/activities to the community, then in order to be able to provide a more well-planned budget, then provide fish processing training activities, and the need for adequate marketing facilities. Keywords: capture fisheries, effectiveness, fishermen, tante nela paris
