Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/ Background (GAP) : : in this study there is a problem that there are individuals or several communities who talk about each other in their own traditional language but with this problem the Kesbangpol Agency and FKUB of North Bengkulu Regency immediately follow up to solve this problem quickly and responsively. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the performance of Kesbangpol in strengthening the multiculturalism of a model village for religious harmony in Rama Agung Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with an inductive approach, data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques through 5 indicators as a means of measuring the success of the research object. The results showed that all indicators have been implemented well, namely productivity, service quality, responsibility and accountability, and responsiveness. The conclusion of the research that the author conducted, namely the Performance of Kesbangpol in Strengthening Multiculturalism Village Pilot of Religious Harmony in Rama Agung Village, Arga Makmur District, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province, including good performance because it carried out the strengthening of multiculturalism of religious harmony according to procedures The researcher's conclusion suggested that the Kesbangpol Agency and FKUB of North Bengkulu Regency implement and resolve the problem of strengthening multiculturalism, religious harmony in Rama Agung Village to achieve the performance of strengthening multiculturalism, religious harmony in service to the community as a solution to the constraints of problems that are in a fairly good range. Keywords: Performance, Multiculturalism, Kesbangpol ABSTRAK Pernyataan Masalah/ Latar Belakang (GAP) : dalam penelitian ini terdapat permasalahan yaitu ada oknum atau beberapa masyarakat yang saling membicarakan seseorang dengan Bahasa adat mereka sendiri tetapi dengan permasalahan ini Badan Kesbangpol dan FKUB Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara langsung menindaklanjuti untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dengan cepat dan tanggap. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kinerja kesbangpol dalam menguatkan multikulturalime desa percontohan kerukunan umat beragama yang berada di Desa Rama Agung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi melalui 5 indikator sebagai alat ukur keberhasilan dari objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh indikator telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, yaitu produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsibiltas dan akuntabilitas, serta responsivitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan yaitu Kinerja Kesbangpol Dalam Penguatan Multikulturalisme Desa Percontohan Kerukunan Umat Beragama Di Desa Rama Agung Kecamatan Arga Makmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara Provinsi Bengkulu termasuk kinerja yang bagus karena melaksanakan penguatan multikulturalisme kerukunan umat beragama sesuai prosedur. Kesimpulan peneliti menyarankan agar Badan Kesbangpol dan FKUB Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara melaksanakan dan menuntaskan permasalahan penguatan multikulturalisme kerukunan umat beragama di Desa Rama Agung untuk mencapai kinerja penguatan multikulturalisme kerukunan umat beragama dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat sebagai solusi atas terkendalanya permasalahan yang berada pada rentang cukup baik.
