Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: In writing this thesis, the discussion that will be raised by researchers is about the SICANTIK CLOUD application which is a smart program in providing access to integrated licensing services to the general public. Purpose: The purpose of this research was conducted to find out and describe the extent to which the effectiveness of licensing services through the Sicantik Cloud application at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Aceh Tamiang Regency. Method: This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method and an inductive approach. Researchers use the theory of Gibson, at, all and streers to find out how effective licensing is through the SICANTIK Cloud Application. Result: The results obtained from this study indicate that licensing services through the SICANTIK Cloud Application are not yet effective, this is because there is one dimension that has not been fulfilled out of the five dimensions described in the theory of Gibson,at,all and Steers. That there are still a few obstacles experienced by the DPMPTSP of Aceh Tamiang Regency, namely related to network problems and a lack of a licensing technical team, and for now the community cannot manage their permits independently with the SiCANTIK Cloud Application. Conclusion: Licensing services through the SICANTIK Cloud Application have not been effective, this is because there is one dimension that has not been fulfilled. At present the community cannot manage their permits independently with the SiCANTIK Cloud Application because it is still at the socialization stage, so for the smooth process of making permits, the Aceh Tamiang Regency DPMPTSP is the one who processes applicant permits through SiCANTIK Cloud. Keywords : Effectiveness, Server Licensing, SICANTIK Cloud ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, pembahasan yang akan diangkat oleh peneliti adalah tentang aplikasi SICANTIK CLOUD yang mana merupakan suatu program cerdas dalam memberikan akses layanan lisensi terintegrasi ke masyarakat umum. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan sejauh mana efektivitas pelayanan perizinan melalui Aplikasi Sicantik Cloud yang ada pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan dengan pendekatan induktif. Peneliti menggunakan teori Gibson, at, all dan streers untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas perizinan melalui Aplikasi SICANTIK Cloud. Hasil: Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelayanan perizinan melalui Aplikasi SICANTIK Cloud belum efektif hal ini dikarenakan terdapat satu dimensi yang belum terpenuhi dari lima dimensi yang jabarkan dalam teori Gibson ,at,all dan Steers. Bahwa masih ada sedikit kendala yang dirasakan oleh pihak DPMPTSP Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang yaitu terkait masalah jaringan dan kurangnya tim teknis perizinan, serta untuk saat ini masyarakat belum bisa mengurus izinya secara mandiri dengan Aplikasi SiCANTIK Cloud. Kesimpulan: Pelayanan perizinan melalui Aplikasi SICANTIK Cloud belum efektif hal ini dikarenakan terdapat satu dimensi yang belum terpenuhi. saat ini masyarakat belum bisa mengurus izinya secara mandiri dengan Aplikasi SiCANTIK Cloud dikarenakan masih pada tahap sosialisasi maka demi kelancaran proses pembuatan izin, pihak DPMPTSP Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang lah yang memproses izin pemohon lewat SiCANTIK Cloud.
