Abstract

ABSTRACT In the era of globalization, there have been many paradigm shifts and the use of technology can already be felt by all people from various circles. The technology that is currently being shaded by many people is website-based technology. This has encouraged the Government to use technology in droves to carry out their duties in the service sector, including the Pontianak City Government which has implemented technology-based public information services with media website. Purpose: This study aims to describe and evaluate the quality of the Jendela Pontianak Integrasi (JEPIN) Website as media of information in Pontianak City. Method: this research uses qualitative data collection methods with descriptive evaluation, collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation with using the theory of Alvaro Rocha (2012) with the presentation of Data Reduction Result: In this study, the quality of the Pontianak Integrity Window Website can be said to be good, but there are still a number of things that need to be optimized again, such as simplifying the display, optimizing the services contained on the website because there are still several menus that cannot be used, and updating the required database device. by several regional organizations. Conclution: regarding the implementation of the JEPIN website, the Pontianak City Communication and Information Service has carried out its best where most of the problems in implementing the JEPIN website have been resolved and are in accordance with the provisions contained in Pontianak Mayor Regulation Number 67 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Electronic-Based Government Systems in Pontianak City Government Environment. Keywords: Website Quality, Publik Service, JEPIN Abstrak Era globalisasi banyak terjadi perubahan paradigma dan pengunaan Teknologi sudah dapat dirasakan oleh seluruh masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan, Teknologi yang saat ini banyak dinaungi oleh masyarakat adalah teknologi berbasis website. Hal ini mendorong Pemerintah untuk berbondong-bondong menggunakan teknologi untuk menjalankan tugas mereka dalam bidang pelayanan, tidak terkecuali Pemerintahan Kota Pontianak yang telah menerapkan pelayanan informasi publik berbasis teknologi dengan media website. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengevaluasi kualitas pada Website Jendela Pontianak Integrasi sebagai sarana media informasi di Kota Pontianak. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan evaluasi deskriptif, mengambil data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teori Alvaro Rocha (2012) dengan penyajian Reduksi Data. Hasil: pada penelitian ini kualitas pada Website Jendela Pontianak Integritas dapat dikatakan baik namun masih terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu di optimalkan kembali, seperti menyederhanakan kembali tampilan, mengoptimalkan pelayananan yang terdapat pada website dikarenakan masih ada beberapa menu yang tidak dapat digunakan, dan pembaruan perangkat database yang dibutuhkan oleh beberapa organisasi perangkat daerah. Kesimpulan: pada penerapan website JEPIN, pihak dinas komunikasi dan informatika kota Pontianak telah menjalankan dengan sebaik-baiknya dimana sebagian besar permasalahan dalam penerapan website JEPIN telah di atasi dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang terdapat pada Peraturan Walikota Pontianak Nomor 67 Tahun 2019 Tenatang penyelenggaraan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik di Lingkungan Pemerintahan Kota Pontianak.
