Abstract

ABSTRACT (in english) Problem Statement/Background(GAP): The author focuses on the problem of the effectiveness of the flood early warning system in DKI Jakarta . Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Flood Early Warning System in DKI Jakarta . Method: This study uses a qualitative method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that the effectiveness of the implementation of the flood early warning system in DKI Jakarta has been effective, although there are still obstacles such as the length of time it takes to maintain the early warning system and the lack of public awareness. Conclusion: The effectiveness of the flood early warning system in DKI Jakarta has been effective, this is supported by various parties, both the local government and the Regional Disaster Management Agency as well as community participation. In order to increase the effectiveness of the flood disaster early warning system by increasing community preparedness and awareness and the formation of resilient villages in every urban village in DKI Jakarta . Keyword: Early Warning System, Community Preparedness, Disaster Management ABSTRAK (in bahasa) Permasalahan/Latar Belakang(GAP): Penulis berfokus pada permasalahan efektivitas sistem peringatan dini bencana banjir di Provinsi DKI Jakarta Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Peringatan Dini Bencana Banjir di Provinsi DKI Jakarta Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu efektivitas penerapan sistem peringatan dini bencana banjir di Provinsi DKI Jakarta sudah efektif, meskipun masih ada kendala seperti peralatan sistem peringatan dini, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat, serta perbedaan pemahaman dan kesulitan koordinasi antara pihak yang terlibat. Kesimpulan: Efektivitas sistem peringatan dini bencana banjir di Provinsi DKI Jakarta sudah efektif, hal ini didukung oleh berbagai pihak baik pemerintah setempat dengan Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah serta partisipasi masyarakat. Guna untuk meningkatkan efektivitas sistem peringatan dini bencana banjir dengan meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan kesadaran masyarakat dan pembentukan kelurahan tangguh di setiap kelurahan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
