Abstract

Problems/Background (GAP): (Contains the background of the research) The author focuses on the problem of Parking Tax Retribution in the City of Bandung. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out how the community uses the TPE program to facilitate parking payments through parking machines that have been provided by the government and to make it easier for the Department of Transportation to calculate the results of parking tax retribution. Method: This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach according to Van Meter and Van Horn Theory. Results/Findings: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that many people still do not have electronic cards, especially motorcyclists, perfectly active machines, friendly employees and good parking attendant responses. Conclusion: Good cooperation in the implementation of the TPE program. Can manage finances through BULD. Keywords: Implementation, TPE, Tax Retribution ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): (Berisi background yang melatarbelakangi penelitian) Penulis berfokus pada permasalahan Retribusi Pajak Parkir di Kota Bandung. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimaiman masyarakat dalam menggunakan program TPE unuk mempermudah dalam pembayaran parkir melalui mesin parkir yang telah di sediakan oleh pemerintah dan untuk mempermudah Dinas Perhubungan untuk menghitung hasil dari pemasukan Retribusi Pajak Parkir. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menurut Teori Van Meter dan Van Horn. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu banyak masyarakat yang masih belum mempunyai kartu elektronik terutama pengedara motor, mesin aktif dengan sempurna, pegawai yang ramah serta respon juru parkir yang baik. Kesimpulan: Kerjasama yang baik dalam pelaksanaan program TPE. Dapat mengelola keuangan melalui BULD. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, TPE, Retribusi Pajak
