Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the implementation of e-government in the form of official websites from the government and OPDs in Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan Province. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the success of the information system of the official website of the Banjarmasin City Government. Method: The research method used is descriptive quantitative research and with data collection techniques distributing forms to respondents via google form. Result: There are 3 variables that affect other variables and 7 other variables have no effect, namely system quality affects user satisfaction, information quality affects usage, system quality does not affect usage, usage affects net benefits, information quality does not affect user satisfaction, service quality does not affect usage, service quality does not affect user satisfaction, user satisfaction does not affect net benefits, system quality, information quality, service quality together do not affect net benefits through usage, system quality, information quality and service quality together do not affect net benefits through usage satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the information provided is a success factor for information systems on the www.banjarmasinkota.go.id website. Conclusion: changes are needed to the information system in the form of improvements or further developments on the official website of the Banjarmasin City government at www.banjarmasinkota.go.id to add quality and to facilitate further research. Expansion of services is needed to meet public demand, and the website can serve as a link to legitimate and trustworthy public service applications. Improve quality so that errors do not occur when opened. Keywords: Delone and Mclean Model, www.banjarmasinkota.go.id, Website ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis berfokus pada implementasi e-government berupa website resmi dari pemerintah dan OPD di Kota Banjarmasin Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kesusksesan sistem informasi website resmi Pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan dengan teknik pengumpulan data membagikan formulir kepada responden via google form. Hasil/Temuan: terdapat 3 variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel lain dan 7 variabel lainnya tidak berpengaruh, yaitu kualitas sistem mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna, kualitas informasi mempengaruhi penggunaan, kualitas sistem tidak mempengaruhi penggunaan, penggunaan mempengaruhi manfaat bersih, kualitas informasi tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna, kualitas layanan tidak mempengaruhi penggunaan, kualitas layanan tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna, kepuasan pengguna tidak mempengaruhi manfaat bersih, kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan secara bersama-sama tidak mempengaruhi manfaat bersih melalui penggunaan, kuliatas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh tergadap manfaat bersih melaui kepuasan penggunaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa informasi yang disediakan merupakan faktor kesuksesan sistem informasi pada website www.banjarmasinkota.go.id. Kesimpulan: dibutuhkan perubahan terhadap sistem informasi berupa perbaikan ataupun perkembangan lebih lanjut pada website resmi pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin di www.banjarmasinkota.go.id untuk menambahkan kualitas dan untuk memudahkan penelitian selanjutnya. Perluasan layanan diperlukan untuk memenuhi permintaan masyarakat, dan situs web dapat berfungsi sebagai penghubung ke aplikasi layanan masyarakat yang sah dan dapat dipercaya.
