Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem/Background(GAP): E-Government is a topic of concern to researchers around the world. This is also a challenge in itself in its adaptation to local government. To implement e-government in Gorontalo Regency and how to interpret it with the world's e-government implementation research trends, the authors conducted a study entitled "E-Government Implementation Research Trends and E-Government Implementation Factors in the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System Program ( SIKS-NG) in Gorontalo District: Mix Methods Bibliometric”. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out the research trends of e-government implementation and the factors of e-government implementation in the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System Program (SIKS-NG) and to provide input to future researchers and local governments through the interpretation of the relationship between e-government implementation trends. and the application factor. Method: This study uses a mixed methods approach by conducting qualitative and quantitative research with bibliometric analysis. Quantitative data was taken from the Scopus database for 2018 – 2022 and qualitative data was collected through interviews and documentation. Then all this data is interpreted against the relationship between the two. Results/Finding: The results of the study show research trends in E-Government, Local government, Critical success factors, Project management, Digital government, and Public services. It was also found that Gorontalo District implements e-government by looking at the factors of e-government implementation. Conclusion: These two results indicate that there is a link between the two that the Gorontalo District Government implements e-government to improve public services to the people of Gorontalo by fulfilling the factors in its application. The author suggests that the results of this research can be a source of disseminating ideas, strengthening collaboration between authors, institutions, countries, and regions, and building bridges between academics and practitioners. The Regional Government of Gorontalo Regency provide socialization to the community so that they are not technologically illiterate. ABSTRAK Masalah/Latar Belakang (GAP): E-Government adalah topik yang menjadi perhatian peneliti di dunia. Hal ini juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam adaptasinya di pemerintahan daerah. Dalam rangka untuk menerapkan e-government di Kabupaten Gorontalo dan bagaimana interpretasinya dengan tren penelitian implementation e-government di dunia, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Tren Penelitian Implementation E-Government dan Faktor Penerapan E-Government dalam Program Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial Next Generation (SIKS-NG) di Kabupaten Gorontalo: Mix Methods Bibliometric”. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tren penelitian implementation e-government dan faktor penerapan e-government dalam Program Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial Next Generation (SIKS-NG) serta memberikan masukan kepada peneliti di masa depan dan pemerintah daerah melalui interpretasi keterkaitan tren implementation e-government dan faktor penerapan tersebut.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix methods dengan melakukan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan analisis bibliometrik. Data kuantitatif diambil dari dari database Scopus tahun 2018 – 2022 dan data kualitatif dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian seluruh data ini diinterpretasi terhadap keterkaitan keduanya. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tren penelitian E-Government, Local government, Critical success factors, Project management, Digital government, dan Public service. Didapatkan juga bahwa Kabupaten Gorontalo menerapkan e-government dengan melihat faktor penerapan e-government. Kesimpulan: Kedua hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan diantara keduanya bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo menerapkan e-government untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat Gorontalo dengan memenuhi faktor-faktor dalam penerapannya. Penulis memberikan saran bahwa hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumber penyebaran ide, memperkuat kerjasama antar penulis, institusi, negara dan wilayah serta membangun jembatan antara akademisi dan praktisi. Kepada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat agar tidak buta teknologi.
