Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Provlem Statement of this study is to determine the effect of human resource competence on the quality of local government financial reports. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of human resource competence on the quality of local government financial reports the use of information technology on the quality of local government financial reports and the competence of human resources and the use of information technology simultaneously on the quality of local government financial reports in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Method: The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Apparatus Competency Indicators used in the research are knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Indicators of Utilization of Information Technology used in research are electronic work processes, management and storage of financial data, information processing with internet networks, management systems, and care and maintenance of computer devices. Result: Financial Report Quality Indicators used in this research are relevant, reliable, comparable, and understandable. The data in the research is in the form of Audit Reports by the Republic of Indonesia BPK. Conclusion: he results of the study show that the Competence of Apparatus Resources and the Utilization of Information Technology partially and simultaneously affect the Quality of the Financial Statements of the Government of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Keywords: Financial Statements, Competency of Apparatus, Utilization of Information ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Latar belakang penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara beriringan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Tujuan: penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara beriringan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Indikator Kompetensi Sumber Daya Aparatur yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Indikator Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah proses kerja secara elektronik, pengelolaan dan penyimpanan data keuangan, pengelohan informasi dengan jaringan internet, sistem manajemen, dan perawatan dan pemeliharaan pada perangkat komputer. Indikator Kualitas Laporan Keuangan yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah relevan, andal, dapat dibandingkan, dan dapat dipahami. Hasil/Temuan: Data dalam penelitan berupa Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan oeh BPK RI. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Aparatur dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Kesimpulan: Kata kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Kompetensi Aparatur, Pemanfaatan Teknologi
