Abstract
ABSTRACT Problems/Background (GAP): The lack of work motivation possessed by civil servants at the Pati Regency Investment and One-Stop Service Office has caused many employees to lack discipline when working. The implementation of PNS duties must be supported by the motivation that exists within him to improve his performance, so that he can achieve the goals of the organization. Low motivation makes the performance of civil servants decrease and a lack of discipline appears. Purpose: This study aims to determine the increase in the work motivation of civil servants at the Investment and One-Stop Service Office of Pati Regency, the inhibiting factors and efforts to overcome these inhibiting factors. Method: This method uses a descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach. Results/Findings: The results of the study stated that increasing the work motivation of civil servants in the investment service and one-stop integrated service in Pati Regency, Central Java Province, has been going well, the motivation given by the head of service aims to spur morale so that the performance of employees is increasing. As for the things that become an obstacle in providing work motivation, namely the lack of awareness of Civil Servants about regulations, the existence of unscrupulous Civil Servants who are less responsible in carrying out their duties. As for the efforts of the head of department to overcome the inhibiting factors in providing employee work motivation, namely by fulfilling employee needs such as physical needs, safety and security needs, social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs. Conclusion: the increase in the work motivation of civil servants in the investment service and one�stop integrated service in Pati district, Central Java province has been going well, the motivation given by the head of the service aims to spur morale so that the performance of employees is increasing. Keywords: Effort, Motivation, Apparatus ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Kurangnya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki oleh para PNS di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Pati menyebabkan banyaknya pegawai yang kurang disiplin waktu dalam bekerja. Pelaksanaan tugas PNS harus didukung oleh motivasi yang ada dalam dirinya untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya, sehingga dapat 2 mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut. Motivasi yang rendah membuat kinerja para PNS menjadi menurun dan muncul sikap kurang disiplin. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Pati, faktor penghambat dan upaya untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut. Metode: Metode ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai negeri sipil di dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu kabupaten pati provinsi jawa tengah telah berjalan baik, motivasi yang diberikan kepala dinas bertujuan untuk memacu semangat kerja sehingga kinerja para pegawai semakin meningkat. Adapun hal yang menjadi penghambat dalam pemberian motivasi kerja yaitu kurangnya kesadaran Pegawai Negeri Sipil terhadap peraturan, adanya oknum Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang kurang bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugas. Adapun upaya kepala dinas untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat pemberian motivasi kerja pegawai yaitu dengan melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan pegawai seperti kebutuhan fisik, kebutuhan keselamatan dan keamanan, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan penghargaan dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri. Kesimpulan: peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai negeri sipil di dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu kabupaten pati provinsi jawa tengah telah berjalan baik, motivasi yang diberikan kepala dinas bertujuan untuk memacu semangat kerja sehingga kinerja para pegawai semakin meningkat.
