Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): cceleration of poverty alleviation is needed in overcoming the problem of poverty. For developing countries like Indonesia, accelerating poverty alleviation is an urgent effort to be made. Purpose: The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the performance, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors of the regional development planning agency's performance in poverty alleviation in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. Method: This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were 11 informants. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that the performance of regional government has been good in alleviating poverty in Palu City even though the tsunami and Covid disasters were in the process. Conclusion: The performance of the Regional Government in poverty alleviation in Palu City has been good even though it was in the process of being hit by the Tsunami and Covid disasters. There are inhibiting factors that affect the performance of the Regional Government Agency in Poverty Alleviation in Palu City, such as a lack of budget and a lack of public attention to the efforts the government has provided. Keywords: Performance, Local Government, Poverty ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan sangat diperlukan dalam mengatasi permasalahan kemiskinan. Bagi negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan merupakan suatu upaya yang mendesak untuk dilakukan. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja, faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta upaya mengatasi faktor-faktor penghambat kinerja badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di Kota Palu Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 informan. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kinerja Kinerja Pemerintahan Daerah sudah baik dalam pengentasan kemiskinan Di Kota Palu meskipun dalam prosesnya terdapat oleh bencana Tsunami dan Covid. Kesimpulan: Kinerja Kinerja Pemerintahan Daerah dalam pengentasan kemiskinan Di Kota Palu sudah baik meskipun dalam prosesnya terdapat oleh bencana Tsunami dan Covid. Terdapat faktor-faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Badan Pemerintahan Daerah Dalam Pengentasan Kemiskinan Di Kota Palu seperti terdapat kekurangan anggaran dan kurangnya perhatian masyarakat terhadap usaha yang sudah pemerintah berikan.
