Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems/background (GAP):The hospital itself is a place that has potential hazards and risks of work accidents where it is very vulnerable to disease outbreaks that have other risks and hazards which can affect the situation and condition of the hospital. One of the rights of workers is to get work safety and health guarantees. This aims to minimize accidents and occupational diseases. Aloei Saboe Hospital, Gorontalo city, is a hospital that implements K3 standards and implementation which is mandatory for every agency. Purpose: from this research to find out potential hazards and how to implement occupational safety and health at Aloei Saboe Hospital. Method: qualitative research with a descriptive approach suitable for use by the author to analyze potential hazards at the Aloei Saboe Hospital, Gorontalo City. A qualitative approach, if it is concluded, is research that uses it by matching the existing reality, namely in the form of experience gained from the results and theory used in the descriptive method. The results: Analysis of potential hazards at the aloei saboe hospital, Gorontalo City, Gorontalo Province, safety and security at the Aloei Saboe Hospital seen from 5 dimensions regarding potential hazards explains that component failures, deviant conditions, human and organizational errors, the influence of external accidents and accidents resulting from sabotage. Conclusion: from this study the potential hazards at the aloei saboe hospital can be controlled or minimized and for the implementation of occupational safety and health at the aloei saboe hospital it meets standard operating procedures. Keywords: Hospital, K3, Hazard Potential ABSTRAK Latar belakang permasalahan (GAP): Rumah sakit sendiri menjadi tempat dimana memiliki potensi bahaya serta risiko kecelakaan kerja dimana sangat rentan terdapat wabah penyakit yang memiliki sebuah risiko dan bahaya lainnya dimana dapat memengaruhi situasi serta keadaan rumah sakit. Salah satu hak dari tenaga kerja adalah mendapatkan jaminan keselamatan serta kesehatan kerja ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir adanya kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja. Rumah sakit Aloei Saboe kota Gorontalo yakni rumah sakit yang menerapkan standar dan pelaksanaan K3 yang memang wajib disetiap instansi. Tujuan: dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya serta bagaimana pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di rumah sakit aloei saboe. Metode: penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif cocok untuk digunakan penulis untuk menganalisis potensi bahaya di rumah sakit Aloei Saboe kota Gorontalo. Pendekatan secara kualitatif jika disimpulkan merupakan penelitian yang cara penggunaannya dengan mencocokkan realita yang ada yaitu berupa pengalaman yang didapatkan dari hasil dan teori yang digunakan dalam metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian/Temuan: Analisis potensi bahaya di rumah sakit aloei saboe Kota Gorontalo Provinsi Gorontalo terdapat keselamatan dan keamanan di Rumah Sakit Aloei Saboe dilihat dari 5 dimensi tentang potensi bahaya menjelaskan bahwa kegagalan komponen, kondisi yang menyimpang, kesalahan manusia dan organisasi, pengaruh kecelakaan diluar dan kecelakaan akibat adanya sabotase. Kesimpulan: dari penelitian ini potensi bahaya dirumah sakit aloei saboe bisa dikendalikan atau diminimalisasi dan untuk pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di rumah sakit aloei saboe telah memenuhi standar prosedur operasional.
