Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The Work Performance Measurement System (SIRANSIJA) was designed as a guideline for the Gorontalo Provincial Government to evaluate and measure the Work Performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). In its implementation, several problems were found, including the use of an application system that was not maximized so that employee performance was not achieved as expected. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of the application of electronic systems in measuring ASN work performance at the KOMINFOTIK Service in Gorontalo Province. Method: The research used is the Quantitative method through an associative approach or the relationship between two variables (free and bound). Data collection uses the Simple Random Sampling Technique using the Slovin Formula with a questionnaire instrument. . Result: Based on the results of the Validity Test the data stated Valid and feasible. Because R count > than R table and has a significant level of 5% (0.05). while the results of the Reliability Test are Reliable because the Electronic System with Cronbach Alpha is 0.774 > 0.60 and the results of the Work Performance Reliability Test with Cronbach Alpha are 0.883 > 0.60, so are the results of the Hypothesis Test showing the number t count > t table (4.374 > 2.021) so there is a significant influence between Electronic Systems on Employee Performance. Conclusion: The results of the analysis illustrate that the higher the use of electronic systems has a significant effect on employee performance, which indicates that the application of electronic systems can be used as a benchmark in measuring work performance. Keywords: Application of Electronic Systems, Increasing Employee Performance ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Sistem Pengukuran Prestasi Kerja (SIRANSIJA) dirancang sebagai pedoman bagi Pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo untuk melakukan penilaian dan pengukuran Prestasi Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Dalam penerapannya masih ditemukan beberapa permasalahan diantaranya penggunaan sistem aplikasi yang belum maksimal sehingga Prestasi Kerja Pegawai belum tercapai sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Elektronik dalam Pengukuran Prestasi Kerja ASN pada Dinas KOMINFOTIK Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode: Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Kuantitatif melalui pendekatan Asosiatif atau hubungan antara dua variabel (Bebas dan terikat). Pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik Simple Random Sampling memakai Rumus Slovin dengan instrumen kuisioner. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil dari penelitian ini Berdasarkan hasil Uji Validitas data menyatakan Valid dan layak. Karena R hitung > dari pada R tabel dan mempunyai taraf signifikan sebesar 5% (0,05). sedangkan hasil Uji Reliabilitas hasilnya Reliabel karena Sistem Elektronik dengan Cronbach Alpha 0,774 > 0,60 dan hasil Uji Reliabilitas Prestasi Kerja dengan Cronbach Alpha 0,883 > 0,60, demikian pula hasil Uji Hipotesis menunjukkan angka t hitung > t table (4,374 > 2,021) maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Sistem Elektronik terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai. Kesimpulan: Hasil Analisis menggambarkan bahwa semakin tinggi Penggunaan Sistem Elektronik memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai, dimana hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa Penerapan Sistem Elektronik dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam Pengukuran Prestasi Kerja.
