Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): This research started with the government involving its information technology by utilizing the website as a medium of correspondence in offering types of public assistance to the wider community. The presence of the website is not only a means of correspondence in conveying data and information but offers types of assistance to the public in general and widely that can be trusted. running at capacity.Purpose: This research aims to determine the quality of the website of the regional government of Central Buton Regency, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the efforts made by the Information and Communication Communications Service in overcoming the various obstacles faced.Method: Alvaro Rocha's website quality theory which has 3 (three) dimensions namely content quality, service quality and technical quality is used in this study. Then this study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods and data collected through interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Result: The results of this study are that the quality of the website in terms of the quality of the content has not been said to be optimal and of high quality. Judging from the completeness of the information, there is some information that still needs to be further completed. In terms of the dimensions of the website service quality, it can be said that it is good and of good quality. seen from the security of the page with SSL and https certificates, the privacy of website visitors is also well maintained, and the website's response time is good. Regarding the technical quality of the website, in terms of technical quality dimensions it has not been maximized, it can be seen from the website that there are broken links . Conclusion: The quality of the website in terms of the quality of the content has not been said to be optimal and of high quality. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penelitian ini berawal dari pemerintah yang melibatkan teknologi informasinya dengan memanfaatkan website sebagai media korespondensi dalam menawarkan jenis bantuan publik ke masyarakat luas, Kehadiran website bukan hanya sebagai sarana korespondensi dalam penyampaian data maupun informasi tetapi menawarkan jenis bantuan kepada masyarakat secara umum dan luas yang dapat dipercaya dapat berjalan sesuai kapasitasnya.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas website pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Buton Tengah, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta upaya yang dilakukan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika dalam mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi.Metode: teori kualitas website Alvaro Rocha yang memiliki 3 (tiga) dimensi yaitu kualitas konten, kualitas layanan serta kualitas teknis digunakan pada penelitian ini . kemudian Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan Data yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kualitas website dari segi kualitas kontennya belum dikatakan maksimal dan berkualitas. dilihat dari kelengkapan informasi ada beberapa informasi yang masih perlu lebih dilengkapi.Dari segi dimensi Kualitas layanan website dapat dikatakan baik dan berkualitas . terlihat dari keamanan halaman dengan sertifikat SSL dan https, privasi pengunjung website juga terjaga dengan baik, dan waktu respon website yang baik. Mengenai kualitas teknis website, kemudian dari segi dimensi kulitas teknis belum kmaksimal terlihat dari website tersebut terdapat tautan yang rusak.kesimpulan: Kualitas website dari segi kualitas kontennya belum dikatakan maksimal dan berkualitas. dilihat dari kelengkapan informasi ada beberapa informasi yang masih perlu lebih dilengkapi.Dari segi dimensi Kualitas layanan website dapat dikatakan baik dan berkualitas . terlihat dari keamanan halaman dengan sertifikat SSL dan https, privasi pengunjung website juga terjaga dengan baik, dan waktu respon website yang baik. Mengenai kualitas teknis website, kemudian dari segi dimensi kulitas teknis belum kmaksimal terlihat dari website tersebut terdapat tautan yang rusak. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam website ini yaitu belum berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya.upaya yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi masalah dengan mengambil SDM yang berkualitas dan memberikan berbagai program pelatihan teknologi informasi.
