Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the supervision of Satpol PP's performance, which is already good, but there are several obstacles that can make the supervision run slowly. Supervision of regional assets must be carried out strictly starting from the planning stage to the asset disposal stage. In this case the Pamong Praja Police Unit has an important role in carrying out supervision of regional assets. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine how the supervision of securing blood assets in the form of building assets carried out by the Jayapura Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit, the factors that hinder and efforts to overcome them. Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative research and with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Result: From the research conducted by the author, the results obtained are in conducting supervision of regional assets, the Pamong Praja Police Unit cooperates or coordinates with the Regional Finance and Asset Agency in this case the asset sector in securing the Pamong Praja Police Unit plays an important role in securing regional assets. To carry out the supervisory function that is fully responsible is the Asset Division to then coordinate with Satpol PP in the event of irregularities to take action. Conclusion: Supervision of Regional Asset Security by the Jayapura Regency Civil Service Police Unit, Papua Province has not been effective and optimal. This is based on several indicators in the research dimension. Coordination and Communication that runs well in the internal and external environment of the Pamong Praja Police Unit so as to support the implementation of supervision and security in the form of responsiveness. suggestions that can be submitted as consideration in the supervision of asset security in Jayapura Regency include the Pamong Praja Police Unit in supervising asset security related to the effectiveness of supervision to form a task force team that not only comes from the field of Enforcement of Regional Legal Products but utilizes other fields and maintains loyalty, integrity to build positive communication to the people of Jayapura Regency to assist in reports.
