Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem: SIPD is one of the innovations from the Ministry of Home Affairs which includes many features to facilitate work in the government sector. In my research that I focused on Financial Information on the Quality of Regional Financial Statements Purpose: to find out how the implementation process applied in SIPD, especially in improving the quality of regional financial reportingin its use.. Method: This study uses descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used are Interview, Observation and Documentation. This research uses theory according to Delone and Mclean (1992). Result : The result of this study is that the existence of a Regional Government Information System is able to assist a local government in doing a job, especially in the financial sector. In the matter that I take, it covers more to the Financial Information section and can be accounted for in Administration. Conslusion : In the use of the Regional Government Information System, there are still several obstacles experienced, especially the frequent occurrence of errors in the system, there is still a lack of adequate human resources in operationalizing the application. With the SIPD, it has actually been very helpful and simplified the process, but there are still some obstacles that can be slowly corrected by the central government. Keywords : Local Government Information System, Regional Financial Report,Regional Financial Informatio ABSTRAK Pemasalahan : SIPD merupakan salah satu inovasi dari Kementrian Dalam Negeri yang didalamnya mencakup banyak fitur guna mempermudah pekerjaan di bidang pemerintahan. Dalam penelitian saya yang saya fokuskan di Informasi Keuangan pada Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Daerah Tujuan : untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan yang diterapkan di SIPD terutama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan keuangan daerah. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Wawancara, Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori menurut Delone dan Mclean (1992). Hasil : Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah mampu untuk membantu suatu pemerintahan daerah dalam mengerjakan suatu pekerjaan terutama di bidang keuangan. Dalam permasalahan yang saya ambil ini lebih mencakup ke bagian Informasi Keuangan dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan di Penatausahaan. Kesimpulan : dalam penggunaan Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah masih ada beberapa kendala yang dialami terutama sering terjadinya eror pada system, masih kurangnya SDM yang cukup memadai dalam mengoperasionalkan aplikasi tersebut. Dengan adanya SIPD sebetulnya sudah sangat membantu dan mempermudah proses pengerjaannya namun masih ada beberapa kendala yang memang secara perlahan dapat diperbaiki oleh pemerintah pusat.
