Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The development of the times has brought various changes in the means of conveying information to the public, with the current technology, the website is used as a means of conveying public information that is used by local governments in conveying information about government activities and information about other local governments. Purpose: In this study to determine the quality of the North Lampung Regency Regional Government website at the North Lampung Regency Communication and Information Service as a means of delivering quality public information. Methods: This study uses the Dimensions of website service quality theory put forward by Alvaro Rocha with 3 (three) main dimensions namely, content quality, service quality, and technical quality. The design of this research is qualitative with descriptive method and inductive approach. Data collected through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Results: In this study it shows that the quality of the website of the local government of North Lampung Regency in conveying public information is mostly measured by Alvaro Rocha's theory regarding website quality which can be said to be quite good because the website has conveyed information well even though there are still some problems such as news information that is not updated and consistency that has not gone well. The quality of service and technical quality has been going quite well. Conclusion: The problems encountered were resolved by means of debriefing and providing various training programs for information technology. Keywords: Quality, Website, Information ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Perkembangan zaman telah membawa berbagai perubahan dalam sarana penyampaian informasi kepada publik, dengan adanya teknologi saat ini, website dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu sarana penyampaian informasi publik yang dipakai oleh pemerintah daerah dalam menyampaikan informasi seputar kegiatan pemerintah dan informasi tentang pemerintah daerah lainnya. Tujuan: Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas website Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Utara di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lampung Utara sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi publik yang berkualitas. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Dimensions of website service quality yang dikemukakan oleh Alvaro Rocha dengan 3 (tiga) dimensi utama yaitu, kualitas isi, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas teknis. Desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan induktif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas Website pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Lampung Utara dalam menyampaikan informasi publik sebagian besar jika diukur dengan teori Alvaro Rocha mengenai kualitas website dapat dikatakan cukup baik karena pada website tersebut telah menyampaikan informasi dengan baik walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kendala masalah seperti berita informasi yang kurang update serta konsistensi yang belum berjalan dengan baik. Untuk kualitas layanan dan kualitas teknis sudah berjalan cukup baik. Kesimpulan: Masalah-masalah yang dihadapi diselesaikan dengan cara pembekalan dan memberikan berbagai program pelatihan bagi teknologi informasi. Kata kunci: Kualitas, Website, Informasi
