Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Population problems that occur in Central Lombok Regency are a challenge for the government and must be overcome, one of which is child marriage. The government must be firm in taking action to overcome these problems, due to the many negative impacts arising from child marriage for the country, society, and the perpetrators of child marriage themselves. Purpose: This study aims to find out and analyze how the Implementation of the Marriage Age Maturity Program is carried out by the P3AP2KB Office in order to reduce the number of child marriages in Central Lombok Regency. Method: This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach to implementation according to George R.Terry's Theory. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Results: The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Marriage Age Maturity Program in the context of reducing the number of child marriages (Merariq Kodeq) is good, although it is still constrained by infrastructure, budget and the level of public understanding. Conclusion: The Marriage Age Maturity Program implemented by the P3AP2KB Office of Central Lombok Regency in order to reduce the number of child marriages or merariq codeq has been running well, in accordance with applicable regulations and planned programs. It is hoped that the implementation of this program will further work with stakeholders who are related to the problem of child marriage. Keywords: Implementation, Marriage Age Maturity, Child Marriage ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Permasalahan kependudukan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah menjadi suatu tantangan pemerintah dan harus di atasi, salah satunya yaitu pernikahan usia anak. Pemerintah harus tegas dalam mengambil suatu tindakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikarenakan banyaknya dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dari pernikahan usia anak bagi negara, masyarakat, 2 maupun pelaku pernikahan usia anak itu sendiri. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana Pelaksanaan Program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas P3AP2KB dalam rangka menekan angka pernikahan usia anak di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif terhadap pelaksanaan menurut Teori Goerge R.Terry. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan dalam rangka menekan angka pernikahan usia anak (Merariq Kodeq) sudah baik, meskipun masih terkendala dengan sarana prasarana,anggaran dan tingkat pemahaman masyarakat. Kesimpulan: Program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas P3AP2KB Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dalam rangka menekan angka pernikahan usia anak atau merariq kodeq sudah berjalan dengan baik, sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku dan program-program yang direncanakan. Diharapkan dalam pelaksanaan program ini selanjutnya bekerja sama dengan stakeholder yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan permasalahan pernikahan usia anak.
