Abstract

Problem/Background (GAP): In the implementation of the LASIK application at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency for South Tangerang City, Banten Province, namely the lack of consistency by elderly employees in inputting data, the lack of application management employees and the frequent occurrence of server or network disruptions, and the absence of incentives for employees managing the LASIK application. Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the LASIK application, analyze and classify the constraining factors and the efforts made by the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of South Tangerang City in overcoming these obstacles. And Efforts to increase LASIK application users. Method: The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Results/Findings: The results showed that the implementation of the LASIK application at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency for the City of South Tangerang had not run optimally in terms of the resource dimension as seen from the lack of consistency of employees in operating the LASIK application, the lack of computer equipment and the unstable network when inputting data. Conclusion: Meanwhile, in terms of the disposition dimension, it appears that there is no incentive to provide LASIK application managers. So the author provides several suggestions so that the Head of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency for the City of South Tangerang and his employees play an active role in immediately resolving existing obstacles. Keywords: Implementation, LASIK, Staffing Services ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Namun dalam implementasi aplikasi LASIK di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Tangerang Selatan Provinsi Banten yaitu kurang konsistennya pegawai yang berusia lanjut dalam menginput data, kurangnya pegawai pengelola aplikasi dan sering terjadinya gangguan server atau jaringan, serta tidak adanya insentif bagi pegawai pengelola aplikasi LASIK. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis implementasi aplikasi LASIK, menganalisis dan mengklasifikasikan faktor-faktor kendala serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Tangerang Selatan dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Dan Upaya meningkatkan pengguna aplikasi LASIK. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi LASIK di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Tangerang Selatan belum berjalan dengan optimal ditinjau dari dimensi sumber daya terlihat dari kurang konsistensinya pegawai dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi LASIK, kurangnya peranata komputer dan tidak stabilnya jaringan pada saat penginputan data. Sedangkan ditinjau dari dimensi disposisi terlihat belum adanya pemberian insentif bagi para pengelola aplikasi LASIK. Kesimpulan:Maka penulis memberikan beberapa saran agar Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Tangerang Selatan beserta para pegawainya lebih berperan aktif untuk segera menuntaskan kendala yang ada.
