Abstract

ABSTRACT Background Utilization of SI SUTAN MUDO by the Sijunjung Communication and Informatics Office is the author's focus in research. Research has a Purpose to find out and describe the focus of the problem. The concept of utilization in terms of the indicators Make Job Easier, Usefull, Increase Productivity, Increase Effectiveness, Improve Job Performance, is a research concept. Qualitative Method using descriptive inductive approach and interview, observation, and documentation techniques were used in data collection. Data reduction, data presentation, and data verification are used in data analysis techniques based on application utilization benchmarks. Result The use of the SI SUTAN MUDO application is good even though there are various problems in its operation. The good use of SI SUTAN MUDO is evidenced by the operation and appearance of SI SUTAN MUDO which is easy for users to understand even though there is still a lack of coordination with integrated regional apparatuses, in terms of time and cost efficiency SI SUTAN MUDO is good, the quality of government services provided is good , and services after SI SUTAN MUDO employees no longer need to look for superiors to get signatures. Conclusion Overcoming this problem Diskominfo must update the application more, financing in the development of SI SUTAN MUDO must be maximized, the quality of employees must be developed, and the commitment of regional heads must be strengthened so that optimal utilization of the SI SUTAN MUDO application. Keywords: Utilization, SI SUTAN MUDO, Aplication, Services ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Pemanfaatan SI SUTAN MUDO oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Sijunjung menjadi fokus penulis dalam penelitian. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan fokus permasalahan. Konsep pemanfaatan yang ditinjau dari indikator Make Job Easier, Usefull, Increase Productivity, Enchance Effectiveness, Improve Job Performance, menjadi konsep penelitian. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif pendekatan induktif dan teknik wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data digunakan dalam teknik analisis data berdasarkan tolak ukur pemanfaatan aplikasi. Pemanfaatan aplikasi SI SUTAN MUDO sudah baik walaupun terdapat berbagai permasalahan dalam pengoperasiannya. Hasil Pemanfaatan yang baik SI SUTAN MUDO ini dibuktikan dengan pengoperasian dan tampilan pada SI SUTAN MUDO sudah mudah dimengerti oleh pengguna meski masih kurangnya koordinasi dengan perangkat daerah yang terintegrasi, dari segi efisiensi waktu dan biaya SI SUTAN MUDO sudah baik, kualitas pelayanan pemerintahan yang diberikan sudah baik, dan pelayanan setelah adanya SI SUTAN MUDO pegawai tidak perlu lagi mencari atasan untuk memperoleh tanda tangan. Kesimpulan Mengatasi masalah tersebut Diskominfo harus lebih memutakhirkan aplikasi, pembiayaan dalam pengembangan SI SUTAN MUDO harus dimaksimalkan, kualitas pegawai harus dikembangkan, dan Komitmen kepala daerah harus lebih dikuatkan agar optimalnya pemanfaatan aplikasi SI SUTAN MUDO.
