Abstract
ABSTRACK Problems Statement/Background (GAP): The problems are focused on the problems of population administration and civil registration public services in Ambon City. Purpose: To describe the Centralized SIAK Application Implementation at the Ambon City Population and Civil Registration Service. Method: This study uses qualitative methods and analyzes the success or failure of the information system implementation process according to George C. Edward III. The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing (7 key informants at the Ambon City DUKCAPIL Service), observing the various input components for Centralized SIAK implementation, as well as documentation. Results/Findings: Research findings, namely; the application or implementation of the Centralized SIAK application at DUKCAPIL Ambon City is going well, although with various regional budget limitations. Conclusion: The Implementation of the Centralized SIAK Application at DUKCAPIL Ambon City is going well, seen from; bureaucratic structure related to staff understanding of duties and service SOPs, availability of resources, transmission, consistency and clarity of communication between sectors, and limited staff appointments due to limited regional budgets. Keywords: Implementation, Centralized SIAK, DUKCAPIL, Ambon City ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Permasalahan difokuskan pada masalah pelayanan publik administrasi kependudukan dan catatan sipil di Kota Ambon. Tujuan: Mendidkripsikan Implementasi Aplikasi SIAK Terpusat di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Ambon. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis keberhasilan atau kegagalan proses implementasi system informasi menurut George C. Edward III. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (7 key informan di Dinas DUKCAPIL Kota Ambon), observasi terhadap berbagai komponen input implementasi SIAK Terpusat, serta dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan penelitian, yaitu; penerapan atau implementasi aplikasi SIAK Terpusat di DUKCAPIL Kota Ambon berjalan dengan baik, walaupun dengan berbagai keterbatasan anggaran daerah. Kesimpulan: Implementasi Aplikasi SIAK Terpusat di DUKCAPIL Kota Ambon berjalan dengan baik dilihat dari; struktur birokrasi berkaitan dengan pemehaman staf terhadap tugas dan SOP pelayanan, tersedianya sumber daya, adanya transmisi, konsistensi dan kejelasan komunikasi antar bidang, serta masih terbatas pengangkatan staf karena terbatas anggaran daerah.
