Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The implementation of e-government in Lumajang district in the public information services is realized through the Lumajang Bersahabat application. However, the number of users of the Lumajang Bersahabat application is still relatively small compared to the number of Lumajang residents who access the internet. Purpose: For this reason, the author conducted a study with the aim of knowing how much influence technology acceptance has on user interest in the Lumajang Bersahabat application. The author tests the interest of application users using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model by Venkatesh at 2003 which is divided into four variables namely performance expectations, effort expectations, social factors and facilitating conditions. Method: This study uses a quantitative approach with a research sample of 90 Lumajang Bersahabat application users. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires whose results were processed with SPSS 25. The author analyzed the data by conducting multiple linear regression analysis. Result: The results showed that technology acceptance affects user interest in the Lumajang Bersahabat application by 77.3%. Conclusion: These results explain that the effect of technology acceptance on user interest is categorized as good where the higher the technology acceptance of the Lumajang Bersahabat application, the higher the interest in using it. Keywords: Lumajang Bersahabat Application; Technology Acceptance; User Interest ABSTRAK Permasalahan/ Latar Belakang (GAP): Implementasi e-government di Kabupaten Lumajang pada bidang pelayanan informasi publik diwujudkan melalui aplikasi Lumajang Bersahabat. Namun, jumlah pengguna aplikasi Lumajang Bersahabat masih tergolong sedikit dibanding dengan jumlah penduduk Lumajang yang mengakses internet. Tujuan: Untuk itu, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerimaan teknologi terhadap minat pengguna aplikasi Lumajang Bersahabat. Penulis menguji minat pengguna aplikasi menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) oleh Venkatesh pada tahun 2003 yang terbagi menjadi empat variabel yakni ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial dan kondisi-kondisi yang memfasilitasi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian yakni 90 pengguna aplikasi Lumajang Bersahabat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner yang hasilnya diolah dengan SPSS versi 25. Penulis menganalisis data dengan melakukan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap minat pengguna aplikasi Lumajang Bersahabat sebanyak 77,3%. Kesimpulan: Hasil tersebut menjelaskan bahwa pengaruh penerimaan teknologi terhadap minat pengguna dikategorikan baik dimana semakin tinggi penerimaan teknologi terhadap aplikasi Lumajang Bersahabat maka semakin tinggi pula minat dalam menggunakannya.
