Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The hospital as a service industry is an industry that has a relationship with a variety of complicated labor issues with various risks of occupational diseases according to the type of work, so that the hospital is obliged to implement Hospital Occupational Health and Safety efforts.. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the occupational safety and health management system and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for its implementation at the Dr.R.Soedjono Selong Regional General Hospital.. Method: This study used a qualitative method with an evaluative research design according to Permenkes no 66 of 2016. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews, documentation, and observation. Source of data through primary and secondary data sources. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system at RSUD dr.R.Soedjono Selong East Lombok is quite good, however there are supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Conclusion: the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system at Dr. R. Soedjono Selong East Lombok Hospital is quite good. The application of K3 at Dr.R.Soedjono Selong Hospital is supported by commitment from hospital management, facilities and infrastructure, budget, training related to K3RS, and the existing work environment. The inhibiting factors for its implementation are the education level of human resources, which varies from low to high levels of education, the large number of new workers entering the hospital, and the distribution of officers who do not match their potential. Efforts that can be made are by appointing K3RS committee personnel who meet the criteria or meet the requirements to run the K3RS committee, namely experts who have an educational background in the K3 field.. Keywords: Occupational safety, Occupational health, Risk ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Rumah sakit sebagai industri jasa merupakan sebuah industri yang mempunyai hubungan beragam persoalan tenaga kerja yang rumit dengan berbagai resiko terkena penyakit akibat kerja sesuai dengan jenis pekerjaannya, sehingga rumah sakit berkewajiban menerapkan upaya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta mengetauhui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapannya di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr.R.Soedjono Selong. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian evaluative menurut Permenkes no 66 tahun 2016. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Sumber data melalu sumber data primer dan skunder. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja di RSUD dr.R.Soedjono Selong Lombok Timur sudah tergolong baik, meski demikian terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapannya. Kesimpulan: penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja di RSUD dr.R.Soedjono Selong Lombok Timur sudah tergolong baik. Penerapan K3 di RSUD dr.R.Soedjono Selong di tunjang dengan komitmen dari manajemen Rumah Sakit, sarana dan prasarana, anggaran, pelatihan terkait K3RS, serta lingkungan kerja yang ada. Faktor penghambat penerapannya yakni tingkat Pendidikan sumber daya manusia sangat bervariatif mulai dari tinggkat Pendidikan rendah sampai yang tinggi, Banyaknya tenaga kerja baru yang masuk ke rumah sakit, serta distribusi petugas yang belum sesuai dengan potensi. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan yakni dengan menetapkan personil komite K3RS yang memenuhi kriteria atau memenuhi syarat untuk menjalankan komite K3RS yaitu tenaga ahli yang memiliki latar belakang Pendidikan dibidang K3 Kata kunci: Keselamatan kerja, Kesehatan kerja, Resiko
