Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the problem of low public interest in the use of the LAPOR! in bone regency and often found several obstacles and errors in the use of the LAPOR website itself. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of employees at the informatics and coding communication service in Bone district on the usefulness and ease of use of the LAPOR Website in Bone district and the factors that determine this perception. Method: This research uses qualitative methods and analyzes employee perception according to the Technology Acceptance Model Theory. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviewing informants in depth, observation and documentation. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that the perception of usability and ease of use of the LAPOR! in Bone district tends to be good because it has met the criteria on each existing indicator. However, there are still some glitches such as features that cannot be accessed,error and so on. Conclusion: Based on this research, the usability and ease of use of the LAPOR Website in Bone district tends to be good, because it is based on the indicators that have been achieved. then the factor that determines employee perception is how a website can be used comfortably and with security that has been arranged in such a way, as we know Website LAPOR! is an extraordinary innovation so that it can foster optimism for all its users. Website , Usefulness And Ease Of Use ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP):Penulis berfokus pada permasalahan rendahnya peminat masyarakat terhadap penggunaan Website LAPOR! di kabupaten bone dan seringkali ditemukan beberapa kendala dan Error dalam pengggunaan website LAPOR itu sendiri. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi pegawai pada dinas komunikasi informatika dan persandian di kabupaten bone terhadap kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan Website LAPOR di kabupaten Bone dan faktor faktor yang menentukan persepsi tersebut. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan menganalisis terhadap perspepsi pegawai menurut Teori Technology Acceptance Model. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam terhadap informan, observasi dan juga dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu bahwa persepsi kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan Website LAPOR! di kabupaten Bone cenderung baik karena telah memenuhi kriteria pada setiap Indikator yang ada. Namun masih ditemukan beberapa gangguan seperti fitur yang tidak bisa di akses,error dan lain sebagainya. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut bahwa kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan Website LAPOR di kabupaten Bone dilnilai cenderung baik, karena berdasarkan indicator yang telah dicapai. kemudian faktor yang menentukan persepsi pegawai adalah bagaimana suatu website dapat digunakan dengan nyaman dan dengan keamanan yang telah diatur sedemikian rupa, sebagaimana yang kita ketahui Website LAPOR! merupakan inovasi yang luar biasa sehingga dapat menumbuhkan optimisme bagi seluruh penggunanya.
