Abstract
ABSTRACT Problems/ Background (GAP): Technological advances are currently having a positive impact on human resources. With a variety of sophistication of the system to make a job more effective time and cost. Nganjuk Regency is one of the regencies that has many villages and sub-districts. Each of which has its own character and characteristics. Purpose: to find out how far the evaluation of the development of villages and sub-districts in Nganjuk Regency has progressed, as well as to analyze what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of these regulations. Method: This study uses a qualitative research with an inductive approach. Sources of data using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques were obtained through reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Results/Findings: The results of the study show that the implementation of this Permendagri regulation has been going quite well in Nganjuk Regency as evidenced by the addition of fast growing villages each year. Community participation plays an important role in this regard, as well as the resources for service employees, sub-districts, and village officials who are able to properly protect the community so that the program of activities in the village runs well. Conclusion: Village and sub-district development evaluations have been fully carried out by village officials and supported by village community participation. And supported by today's technology that has been enjoyed by all village communities. However, there are still unscrupulous members of the public who are still not aware of the importance of administration, especially population. Keyword: Implementation, Participation, Technology ABSTRAK Permasalahan/ Latar Belakang (GAP): Kemajuan teknologi saat ini membuat dampak positif bagi sumber daya manusia. Dengan berbagai canggihnya sistem membuat suatu pekerjaan lebih efektif waktu dan biayanya. Kabupaten Nganjuk merupakan salah satu Kabupaten yang mempunyai banyak desa dan kelurahan. Yang mana masing masing memiliki karakter dan ciri khas masing-masing. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan evaluasi perkembangan desa dan kelurahan yang ada di Kabupaten Nganjuk, serta menganalisis apa yang menjadi faktor pendukung serta penghambat penerapan regulasi tersebut. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuaalitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data diperoleh melalui reduksi, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan regulasi permendagri ini sudah berjalan cukup baik di Kabupaten Nganjuk dibuktikan dengan penambahan desa cepat berkembang tiap tahunnya. Partisipasi masyarakat sangat berperan penting dalam hal ini, dan juga sumber daya pegawai dinas, kecamatan, hingga perangkat desa yang mampu mengayomi masyarakat dengan baik sehingga progam kegiatan di desa berjalan dengan baik. Kesimpulan: Evaluasi perkembangan desa dan kelurahan sudah sepenuhnya dijalankan dengan baik oleh perangkat desa dan didukung dengan partisipasi masyarakat desa. Serta didukung oleh teknologi masa kini yang sudah dinikmati semua masyarakat desa. Namun masih adanya oknum masyarakat yang masih belum sadar akan pentingnya administrasi terutama kependudukan.
