Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Technological developments are increasingly advanced along with the demands of the times that require speed in all things, especially in the field of work. One of them is by utilizing the Magelang Regency website with the domain magelangkab.go.id as a public information service innovation in providing information and services to the public in an effective and efficient way. This study aims to find out how the quality of the Magelang Regency website improves the quality of the Magelang Regency website. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of the Magelang Regency Regional Government website. Method: The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach to provide an overview of facts and data that occur in the field through data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling, and data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Result: The results of the analysis that has been carried out using website quality theory according to Alvaro Rocha (Rocha, 2012) which consists of 3 (three) dimensions on website quality in Magelang Regency with the domain magelangkab.go.id still found features that cannot be accessed, the number of employees who are still limited, especially those who are experts in the IT field, the responsiveness of the website's response is also less responsive. Conclusion: The quality of the Magelang Regency website can be concluded that the results are good but not optimal because there are still some problems that must be fixed in order to improve the website. In this study, the authors provide advice, namely the need for evaluation, maintenance and website development to optimize website performance, socialization to the public, and infrastructure development that supports the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) and the addition of Human Resources (HR) in technology. Keywords: E-Government, Website Quality, Public Information ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Perkembangan teknologi semakin maju seiring dengan tuntutan perkembangan zaman yang membutuhkan kecepatan dalam segala hal terutama dalam bidang pekerjaan. Salah satunya yaitu dengan pemanfaatan website Kabupaten Magelang dengan domain magelangkab.go.id sebagai inovasi layanan informasi publik dalam memberikan informasi serta pelayanan kepada masyarakat dengan cara yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas website Kabupaten Magelang dalam meningkatkan kualitas website Kabupaten Magelang. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas website Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Magelang. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif untuk memberikan gambaran fakta serta data yang terjadi di lapangan melalui teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan puposive sampling dan snowball sampling, dan teknik analisis data yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menggunakan teori kualitas website menurut Alvaro Rocha (Rocha, 2012) yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) dimensi pada kualitas website Kabupaten Magelang dengan domain magelangkab.go.id masih ditemukan adanya fitur yang tidak dapat diakses, jumlah pegawai yang masih terbatas terutama yang ahli di bidang IT, daya tanggap respon website juga kurang responsif. Kesimpulan: Kualitas website Kabupaten Magelang dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasilnya sudah baik namun belum optimal dikarenakan masih ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang harus diperbaiki guna menyempurnakan website. Pada penelitian ini penulis memberikan saran yaitu perlu adanya evaluasi, pemeliharaan dan pengembangan website untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja website, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, dan pembangunan infrastruktur yang menunjang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) serta penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dibidang teknologi.
