Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the problem of implementing technology based personnel administration services, namely the MySAK BKN application for ASNs in the Lahat Regency. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out whether the MySAPK BKN application has been properly implemented in Lahat District. Method: This study used mixed methods with a sequential mixed methods strategy, especially a sequential explanatory strategy. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews (4 informants), single convenience questions (9 informants), and documentation. Results: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that the MySAPK BKN application has been implemented in Lahat District quite well because of the support from the government for the running of the application, the capabilities possessed by both the government and ASN are good, and provide fast and efficient service. convenient because it can be accessed online. Although there are still obstacles due to less than optimal human resources and low awareness of ASN in updating personal data and the existence of internet blank spot areas in the Lahat Regency area. Conclusion: The implementation of personnel administration services through the MySAPK BKN application for ASNs in Lahat Regency has been going well, this is due to assistance from the government to socialize the application running process for ASNs in each Regional Government OPD. For personnel administration services through the MySAPK BKN application to run smoothly, it is recommended to improve the quality of ASN in terms of IT skills and always be self-aware in updating personal data. In addition, the Lahat Regency Government has added internet providers in areas experiencing blankspots. Keywords: Technology; Personnel Administration Services; MySAPK BKN application ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis berfokus pada permasalahan penerapan pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian berbasis teknolgi yaitu aplikasi MySAK BKN terhadap ASN di Kabupaten Lahat. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aplikasi MySAPK BKN telah diterapkan dengan baik di Kabupaten Lahat. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan strategi metode campuran sekuensial/ bertahap (sequential mixed methods) terutama srategi eksplanatoris sekuensial. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam (4informan), single ease question (9 informan) dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu aplikasi MySAPK BKN telah diterapkan di Kabupaten Lahat dengan cukup baik karena adanya support dari pemeintah atas berjalannya aplikasi, kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah maupun ASN baik, serta memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan kemudahan karena dapat di akses secara online. Meskipun masih terjadi hambatan karena SDM yang kurang maksimal, dan kesadaran ASN yang rendah dalam memperbaharui data pribadi serta adanya area blankspot internet di wilayah Kabupaten Lahat. Kesimpulan: Penerapan pelayanan administrasikepegawaian melalui aplikasi MySAPK BKN terhadap ASN di Kabupaten Lahat telah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan adanya bantuan dari pemerintah untuk mensosialisasikan proses berjalannya aplikasi terhadap ASN di masing-masing OPD pemerintah setempat. Guna meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian melalui aplikasi MySAPK BKN berjalan dengan lancar, disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas ASN terhadap keterampilan IT dan selalu mawas diri terhadap pembaharuan data pribadi. Selain itu, Pemerintah Kabupaten Lahat menambahkan providerinternet di wilayah yang mengalami blankspot. Kata Kunci: Teknologi; Pelayanan Administrasi Kepegawaian; Aplikasi MySAPK BKN
