Abstract

Poverty is a problem that almost everyone experiences. One of the policies to reduce poverty in Indonesia is the Family Hope Program. Purpose: This study aims to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Kunto Darussalam Sub-district, Kota Lama Village and to analyze the inhibiting factors of its implementation and the efforts made to overcome these inhibiting factors. Metode:This research uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Result/Findings: The implementation of the government program in tackling poverty through the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Rokan Hulu Regency, Kunto Darussalam District, Kota Lama Village is not yet effective because there is still a lack of human resources, especially in the data collection process and supervision of the PKH fund distribution process and the budget in the Family Hope Program there are still people who fit the target criteria for PKH recipients but have not received it because of the limited budget from the government The Rokan Hulu Regency Social Service is expected to be able to provide more understanding to village officials about the importance of distributing and managing PKH data.
