Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): A high number of divorces in an area will cause various problems for the community and local government of Wonogiri Regency. The impact of divorce will affect local governments in terms of providing protection to people affected by divorce and realizing orderly population administration for those who carry out the divorce. Purpose: this study aims to analyze divorce which includes a description of the divorce that occurred, the efforts of the Department of Population and Civil Registration in realizing orderly population administration for those who carry out the divorce, as well as the efforts of the Office of Population Control and Family Planning and Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Wonogiri Regency in protection against women and children who are victims of divorce. Method: This study used a qualitative research method with an inductive approach. Researchers collected data by conducting interviews with various parties related to problems in research, documentation, and observation. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that one of the causes of divorce in Wonogiri Regency is early marriage. Conclusion: the phenomenon of early marriage that occurred in Wonogiri Regency was also one of the factors causing divorce, the Population and Civil Registration Service made the innovation "SIAP ONLINE", as well as the formation of a Women and Children Protection Officers Unit and various other efforts by the Control Service Population and family planning and women's empowerment and child protection. Keywords: Divorce, Service Attempts, Early Marriage ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Perceraian dengan jumlah yang tinggi disuatu daerah akan menimbulkan berbagai masalah bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Wonogiri. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari perceraian akan mempengaruhi pemerintah daerah dalah hal memberikan perlindungan terhadap masyarakat yang terdampak perceraian dan mewujudkan tertib administrasi kependudukan bagi pihak yang melakukan perceraian . Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perceraian yang meliputi gambaran perceraian yang terjadi, upaya Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil dalam mewujudkan tertib administrsi kependudukan bagi pihak yang melakukan perceraian, serta upaya Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Wonogiri dalam perlindungan terhadap perempuan dan anak korban perceraian.. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan wawancara kepada bergai pihak yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan dalam penelitian, dokumentasi , dan observasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu salah satu satu penyebab perceraian Di Kabupaten Wonogiri adalah pernikahan dini. Kesimpulan: adanya fenomena pernikahan dini yang terjadi di Kabupaten Wonogiri juga menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab perceraian, Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil membuat inovasi “SIAP ONLINE”, serta pembentukan Satuan Petugas Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (SATGAS PPA) dan berbagai upaya lain oleh Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak.
