Abstract
Problems/Background (GAP): Village funds currently provide a very strategic position for villages, with the amount of village funds received by each village, so it is important to see how village funds are managed so that it has implications for increasing the village's original income in the village. Karang Jaya, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. Purpose: the purpose of this research is to find out how the Implementation of Village Fund Management in Increasing Village Original Income in Karang Jaya Village, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province and seen from the supporting factors and inhibiting factors and the efforts made to overcome implementation barriers. Method: using a research method that is Descriptive Qualitative. Results/Findings: Based on the results of the research, it shows that the Implementation of Village Fund Management in Karang Jaya Village, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province, in general, has been going quite well and in accordance with applicable regulations, as seen from the programs and collaboration carried out by the village government in the process of increasing the village's original income through village funds. As well as there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing Village Fund Management in Karang Jaya Village, Rejang Lebong Regency. Conclusion: By looking at the conditions in the field, the researchers suggest to the Government to further optimize cooperation and coordination in the village fund management process, and provide understanding to the community Keywords: Implementation, Management, Original Local Government Revenue
