Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems/ Background (GAP): The author focuses on the implementation of issuing family cards through the population administration information system (SIAK) at the Ponorogo Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Implementation of Issuing Family Cards through the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) at the Ponorogo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. Methods: This study used a qualitative descriptive with an inductive approach based on Subagyo's theory (2006) with observational data collection techniques, in-depth interviews (28 informants) and documentation including data regarding the Population Administration Information System at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ponorogo Regency. Results/Findings: The results of this study concluded that the issuance of family cards is faster and more efficient because the data that is integrated in the system can be processed easily and accurately, solving problems that occur in Disdukcapil, Ponorogo Regency can be resolved immediately so that new problems do not arise, and the implementation Issuance of family cards through the population administration information system at Disdukcapil, Ponorogo Regency, has gone well because it complies with existing SOPs. In the implementation of the productivity improvement program, there are several factors inhibiting the security of technological devices which are still frequently disrupted, the presence of invalid population data, and social and cultural conditions that are less active. Conclusion: Based on the findings and analysis in this study, it is recommended that the Ponorogo Disdukcapil carry out network repairs in the Ponorogo Regency Disdukcapil, carry out ball-picking techniques for the community, and conduct a re-data collection Keywords: Population Administration Information System, issuance of Family Cards, Disdukcapil Ponorogo ABSTRAK Permasalahan/ Latar Belakang (GAP) : Penulis berfokus pada pelaksanaan penerbitan kartu keluarga melalui sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan (SIAK) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ponorogo. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pelaksanaan Penerbitan Kartu Keluarga Melalui Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif berdasarkan teori Subagyo (2006) dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara mendalam (28 informan) dan dokumentasi meliputi data-data mengenai Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ponorogo. Hasil/Temuan : Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penerbitan kartu keluarga menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien karena data yang terintegrasi dalam sistem dapat diproses dengan mudah dan akurat, penyelesaian masalah yang terjadi di Disdukcapil Kabupaten Ponorogo dapat segera terselesaikan segingga tidak timbul permasalahan yang baru, dan pelaksanaan peneribitan kartu keluarga melalui sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan di Disdukcapil Kabupaten Ponorogo sudah berjalan dengan bai karena sudah sesuai dengan SOP yang ada. Pelaksanaan program peningkatan produktivitas terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat keamanan perangkat teknologi yang masih sering mengalami gangguan, adanya data penduduk yang tidak valid, dan keadaan sosial budaya yang kurang aktif. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan temuan dan analisis dalam penelitian ini, direkomendasikan agar Disdukcapil Ponorogo melakukan perbaikan jaringan di Disdukcapil Kabupaten Ponorogo, melakukan teknik jemput bola terhadap masyarakat, dan melakukan pendataan ulang Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan, penerbitan Kartu Keluarga, Disdukcapil Ponorogo
