Abstract

ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 3 IN 1 PROGRAM IN THE SERVICE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES AT THE POPULATION AND CIVIL REGISTRATION OFFICE OF KENDARI CITY By : La Ode Muh. Farrel Al Fariq Bay In this study, the author uses qualitative research methods, leading her to explore and observe situations that occur in the field during the implementation of the 3 in 1 program. with the aim of conducting research to find out the process of implementing the 3 in 1 program in the service of birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kendari City. by using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. And the author's data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the 3 in 1 program is an integrated program where the community takes care of one document but gets three documents at once. The documents obtained are the birth certificate, the child identity card (KIA), and the addition of family members to the new family card. This 3-in-1 program aims to facilitate and support people who want to take care of administration, which is currently limited, including taking care of it directly at the office. so that the 3 in 1 program can make it easier for the community and related parties to take care of documents at once. Farrel Al Fariq Bay Dalam Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, menuntun penulis untuk melakukan eksplorasi dan observasi situasi yang terjadi di lapangan dalam pelaksanaan program 3 in 1. Dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan program 3 in 1 dalam pelayanan Akta Kelahiran di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Kendari. Dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dan Teknik analisis data penulis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa program 3 In 1 adalah program yang terintegrasi yang dimana masyarakat mengurus 1 dokumen namun mendapatkan 3 dokumen sekaligus. Dokumen yang didapatkan yaitu Akta Kelahiran, Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA), dan penambahan anggota keluarga di Kartu Keluarga baru. Program 3 In 1 ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah dan menunjang masyarakat yang mau mengurus adminduk, yang sedang serba terbatas termasuk untuk mengurus di langsung ke kantor. Sehingga dengan program 3 In 1 mampu mempermudah masyarakat dan pihak terkait dalam mengurus dokumen sekaligus. Kata Kunci : Administrasi Kependudukan, Program 3 In 1, Akta Kelahiran
