Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The main problem in this study is how is the performance of the Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development in Personnel Administration Services in North Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors and the efforts made in improving the performance of the Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development in Administrative Services Employees of North Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development in Personnel Administration Services in North Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province which was carried out. Method: The research method used in this research is descriptive research which is to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of the object or an object that is being studied precisely. The data collection techniques in this study are by observing, interviewing and documenting. Result: The results of this study are that the performance of the Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development in Personnel Administration Services in North Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province has not been well achieved. Conclusion: In implementing the performance of the Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development in Personnel Administration Services in North Padang Lawas Regency it has not been well achieved. There are deficiencies, which are caused by a lack of infrastructure in the sense of adequate technology in matters of personnel administration services, there is still a lack of technological aspects in this case applications that input employee data.
