Riset ini bertajuk“ Daya guna kegiatan Desa Siaga mala Alam dalam Upaya Pengurangan Resiko mala di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Provinsi Lampung”. Tujuan: Tujuan riset ini merupakan buat mengenali kedudukan Tubuh Penanggulangan mala wilayah dalam mitigasi mala spesialnya program DESI BELA pada Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, pula aspek penghambat dan pendukung, dan upaya menanggulangi hambatan kegiatan DESI BELA. Tata cara yang dipergunakan dalam riset ini maksudnya tata cara kualitatif naratif dengan pendekatan induktif. Informasi diperoleh lewat metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode: Metode analisis informasi yg digunakan ialah reduksi informasi, penyajian dan penarikan konklusi. akibat riset ini menunjukkan kiprah Tubuh Penanggulangan mala daerah dalam mitigasi bencana pada Kabupaten Lampung Selatan senantiasa berjalan masing- masing tahunnya tetapi penerapannya masih belum maksimal. Hasil/Temuan: Aspek yg membatasi mitigasi mala ataupun program DESI BELA ini merupakan terdapatnya pandemi COVID, belum memadainya asal energi manusia dan wahana prasarana baik secara mutu pula kuantitas dan pemukiman penduduk yg padat ditambah minimnya pencerahan warga buat melindungi area. Kesimpulan: Upaya pada menanggulangi hambatan ialah melaksanakan koordinasi memilah kegiatan mitigasi yg sangat diharapkan dan pendekatan dengan rakyat dan pelatihan buat tingkatkan kompetensi aparatur.
