Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the online licensing services Application SiCANTIK Cloud that have not used effectively. Purpose: This study shows the effectiveness of licensing services through the SiCANTIK Cloud Application at the Tanjungpinang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service. Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses theory of Gibson. This theory tests the effectiveness of an object by referring to five main dimensions, namely Production, Quality, Efficiency, flexibility and satisfaction. Result: The results of the research show that the licensing services through the SiCANTIK Cloud Application have not been effective this is because there are still a few obstacles that are felt by the Tanjungpinang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service, namely related to network problems and the lack of a licensing technical team, and for now the community has not been able to take care of their permits independently with the SiCANTIK Cloud Application because it is still in the early stages. Conclusion: Licensing services through the SiCANTIK Cloud Application at the Tanjungpinang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service is has been going well, but still has few problem. In order to increase the effectiveness of licensing services through the SiCANTIK Cloud Application, it is recommended to promote it outreach to the public using social media, brochure and provide a mobile licensing service that can move to a anywhere to reach the people. Keywords: Effectiveness, licensing service, SiCANTIK Cloud ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis berfokus pada pelayanan perizinan berbasis online melalui Aplikasi SiCANTIK Cloud yang belum digunakan efektif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini menampilkan efektivitas pelayanan perizinan melalui Aplikasi SiCANTIK Cloud pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penulis menggunakan teori Gibson. Teori ini menguji efektivitas sebuah objek dengan merujuk pada lima dimensi utama yaitu Produksi, Mutu, Efisiensi, fleksibilitas serta kepuasan. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menunjukan bahwa masih ada sedikit kendala yang dirasakan oleh pihak DPMPTSP Kota Tanjungpinang yaitu terkait masalah jaringan dan kurangnya tim teknis perizinan, serta untuk saat ini masyarakat belum bisa 2 mengurus izinnya secara mandiri dengan Aplikasi SiCANTIK Cloud dikarenakan masih pada tahap awal. Kesimpulan: Pelayanan perizinan melalui Aplikasi SiCANTIK Cloud sudah berjalan baik, tapi masih memiliki beberapa kendala. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan perizinan melalui aplikasi SiCantik Cloud, direkomendasikan untuk melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat menggunakan media sosial, brosur, dan menyediakan layanan keliling yang dapat bergerak kemana saja untuk menjangkau masyarakat.
