Abstract
ABSTRACT Problems/Background (GAP): This research is motivated by the efforts to develop the rural economy which have long been carried out by the Government with various programs. However, these efforts have not obtained the satisfactory results as expected. The village government, which has made various efforts to develop the village economy, has formed a Village Owned Enterprise. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the BUMDes development strategy by the Alitta Village Government, Mattiro Bulu District, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Method: The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. With data collection techniques through; Observation, interview, documentation. Results/Findings: The findings that the researchers found while carrying out the research were that the village government had made various efforts to develop BUMDes such as providing capital participation to establish BUMDes business units according to the potential of Alitta village. The Alitta village government also held training to increase the capacity of BUMDes managers so that they could increase the ability and knowledge of BUMDes administrators. Conclusion: Based on the research that has been carried out, the authors conclude that the BUMDes development strategy has gone well and has provided many benefits and helps especially for the Alitta village community itself. Keywords: Strategy, Development, Village, BUMDes ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya upaya pengembangan ekonomi pedesaan yang telah lama dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah dengan berbagai macam program. Tetapi upaya itu belum mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan sesuai yang diharapkan. Pemerintah desa yang sudah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengembangkan perekonomian desa maka dibentuklah Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan BUMDes oleh Pemerintah Desa Alitta Kecamatan Mattiro Bulu Kabupaten Pinrang Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui; Observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang peneliti dapati selama melaksanakan penelitian yaitu pemerintah desa telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengembangkan BUMDes seperti memberikan penyertaan modal untuk mendirikan unit usaha BUMDes sesuai potensi desa Alitta. Pemerintah desa Alitta juga mengadakan pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas pengelola BUMDes sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan pengurus BUMDes. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengembangan BUMDes telah berjalan dengan baik dan telah memberikan banyak manfaat dan membantu khususnya untuk masyarakat desa Alitta itu sendiri penyelenggaran.
