Abstract
ABSTRACT The background of this research is the problem/background (GAP) due to the COVID-19 pandemic which has resulted in an increase in poverty. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results/findings show that the program is effective in reducing poverty, but there are still obstacles in the dimensions of efficiency and responsibility, such as the lack of staff managing the program and the presence of people who do not understand BLT-DD recipients. Damaged facilities and infrastructure are also obstacles in program implementation. Conclusion Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance in Central Bangka Regency has been well implemented in reducing the number of poor people due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Evaluation, Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP) penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19 yang membuat adanya peningkatan kemisikinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil/temuan menunjukkan bahwa program tersebut efektif dalam mengurangi kemiskinan, namun masih terdapat hambatan pada dimensi efisiensi dan tanggung jawab, seperti kurangnya jumlah pegawai yang mengurusi program dan masih adanya masyarakat yang tidak memahami penerima BLT-DD. Sarana dan prasarana yang rusak juga menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan program. Kesimpulan Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah telah terlaksana dengan baik dalam menurunkan jumlah penduduk miskin akibat dampak pandemi COVID-19.
