Abstract

Problem/Background (GAP): Human Resource Management in a Government Agency is a complicated issue and a rule is needed to manage this. With the regulations and operational standards of government agencies, it is expected to minimize irregularities that occur in an organization or government agency. Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of position analysis in the placement of employees in the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated Services of Morowali Regency. Method: This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data sources are performed by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with triangulation are interviews, observation and documentation. With data analysis using inductive qualitative techniques. The location of the study was conducted at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Morowali Regency. Results/Findings: The results show that the effectiveness of job analysis in DPMPTSP is still not carried out well enough in the dimensions of Productivity, Quality and Quality, Efficiency, Flexibility, and Satisfaction. Conclusion: There are obstacles in the effectiveness of job analysis in employee placement such as lack of employee enthusiasm, limited human resources, excessive workload, job placement that is not adjusted to educational background and has not been applied position analysis in accordance with the objectives after equalization of positions. Efforts are made by giving rewards to pedawai, submitting human resources to BKPSDM, helping each other in completing tasks, socialization related to job descriptions after equalization of positions.
