Abstract
ABSTRAK Usaha Masyarakat yang terus eksis sampai saat ini adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. Adanya wabah virus corona yang melanda dunia termasuk di Indonesia, membuat kondisi ekonomi mengalami penurunan. Oleh karena itu, sektor UMKM menjadi pilihan banyak masyarakat untuk meningkatkan ekonominya. Disamping itu, pemerintah turut serta membantu memulihkan perekonomian masyarakat dengan strategi-strategi yang dimilikinya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi dalam memberdayakan UMKM serta kendala-kendala dalam melakukan pemberdayaan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu Deskriptif Kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat dikatakan bahwa strategi dari Camat Rambutan dalam memberdayakan UMKM sebagai upaya pemulihan perekonomian masyarakat akibat dampak pandemi covid-19 sudah baik, tetapi masih terdapat kendala atau hambatan yang dialami baik itu dari pemerintah maupun pelaku UMKM itu sendiri. Meskipun demikian, Camat Rambutan terus berupaya untuk selalu mendukung berbagai inovasi dari pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan usahanya. Dengan melihat kondisi dilapangan, peneliti menyarankan kepada Pemerintah Kecamatan Rambutan untuk melakukan pendampingan secara rutin kepada pelaku UMKM, mengoptimalkan website promosi online, melakukan kerjasama dan pelatihan-pelatihan guna tercapainya pemulihan ekonomi dengan cepat. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Pemulihan Ekonomi, UMKM, Covid-19, Strategi ABSTRACT Community Enterprises that continue to exist today are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The existence of the corona virus outbreak that hit the world, including in Indonesia, caused economic conditions to decline. Therefore, the MSME sector is the choice of many people to improve their economy. In addition, the government has participated in helping restore the community's economy with the strategies it has. The purpose of this writing is to find out the strategy for empowering MSMEs and the constraints in carrying out this empowerment using a qualitative descriptive research method. From the results of the research conducted, it can be said that the strategy of the Head of the Rambutan Subdistrict in empowering MSMEs as an effort to restore the community's economy due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is good, but, there are still obstacles or obstacles experienced by both the government and MSME actors itself. Nonetheless, the Head of the Rambutan sub-district continues to strive to always support various innovations from MSMEs in running their business. By looking at the conditions in the field, the researchers suggest to the Government of the District of Rambutan to carry out routine assistance to MSME actors, optimize online promotion websites, conduct collaborations and training in order to achieve rapid economic recovery.
