Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background(GAP): The author focuses on the problem of the effectiveness of 7-minute response time program for free in Surabaya. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of 7-minute response time program for free in Surabaya. Method: This study uses a qualitative method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that the effectiveness of the implementation of the 7-minute response time program for free in Surabaya has been effective, although there are still obstacles such as the lack of public awareness. Conclusion: The effectiveness of 7-minute response time program for free in Surabaya has been effective, this is supported by various parties, both the local government and community participation. In order to increase the effectiveness of the effectiveness of the application of 7-minute response time program for free by increasing community preparedness and awareness in Surabaya. Keyword: effectiveness, response time ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang(GAP): Penulis berfokus pada permasalahan efektivitas program response time 7 menit layanan pemadaman gratis di Kota Surabaya. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program response time 7 menit layanan pemadaman gratis di Kota Surabaya. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu program response time 7 menit layanan pemadaman gratis di Kota Surabaya sudah efektif, meskipun masih ada kendala seperti minimnya kesadaran masyarakat. Kesimpulan: Efektivitas program response time 7 menit layanan pemadaman gratis di Kota Surabaya sudah efektif, hal ini didukung oleh berbagai pihak baik pemerintah setempat dengan partisipasi masyarakat. Guna untuk meningkatkan program response time 7 menit layanan pemadaman gratis dengan meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan kesadaran masyarakat di Kota Surabaya. Kata Kunci: efektivitas. Waktu tanggap
