Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The problem of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises faced by North Luwu Regency is increasing due to the natural disaster. Purpose: This study aims to identify and describe the strategies carried out by the Department of Trade, Pre-Industry, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, North Luwu Regency in empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises after the flood in North Luwu Regency and to find out the priority strategies carried out by the Trade Office. , Industry, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in North Luwu Regency in empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises after the flood in North Luwu Regency. Method: This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach to be able to answer the formulation of the problem. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique uses the SWOT analysis technique which was initiated by Freddy Rangkuti (2016:83-84). Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are, There are 6 strategies that can be used by the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, North Luwu Regency and 2 priority strategies that can be used. Conclusion: The Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, North Luwu Regency can apply the 6 strategies that have been formulated and 2 priority strategies in empowering MSMEs after the flood.
