Abstract

Problem Statement/Background:E-government is a form of government administration that adapts to the times. The industrial revolution 4.0 demands that all things run effectively and efficiently with no exception for public services on which the government itself relies. All bodies are required to be able to run it. Indonesia itself of course also pays attention to this Presidential Instruction No. 6 2001 concerning Telematics (Telecommunication, Media and Communication), Presidential Instruction of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3 of 2003 concerning National Strategy for e-Government Development, Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government System is an illustration. the government's attention to this. All related agencies are expected to be able to implement it. The Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency is an agency engaged in the field of Personnel, of course, it must be able to implement e-government, especially in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to examine how the implementation of e-government in the Regional Civil Service and Human Resources Agency, the inhibiting factors and efforts to overcome them. Method: Using the theory of implementation of charles o jones with qualitative methods. Data collection with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Results: The data collected are in the form of interviews, findings in the field, photos, and documents that include and are stated to be related and related.The findings of this study are that e-government at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Agency has been running quite well with several things that need to be further developed.Conclusion: E-Government implemented must be maintained and improved again by taking into account the supporting factors.
